Who doesn't know the Kardashians nowadays?

From Kim's scandalous sex tape to Bruce's famous sex change, the American reality show is the only name that runs off the younger generations' tongues nowadays. Who doesn't love watching five sisters, who are aspiring businesswomen rip each other off for not matching the right pair of shoes with their Versace bag? First debuting in 2007, Keeping Up with the Kardashians (KUWTK) has now become the longest-running reality television series in America. The only question is how?

The Kardashian–Jenner blended family contains Kris Jenner, the momager of the hectic household, who tries to control the back-talk and the conceited attitudes her children give to her on a day-to-day basis. The programme helps us feel good about our own problems as we find ourselves laughing at the sister's unfiltered antics; especially when Kim is found crying about losing a diamond earring in the ocean, only to later be cursed by her older sister Kourtney to know that "they're people that are dying". It seems like the more famous they become the more ideal the family is becoming. Who wouldn't want a team of makeup artists doing their makeup whilst agonising in labour?

Overall the show represents how through all the difficulties the individuals have faced at the end of the day their family has always got their back. Even though they make bad decisions, from time to time, it is a good idea for us to discuss and learn what we should do and vice-versa. We realised that the positive family values and influences were praiseworthy. Everybody has a guilty pleasure, whether you worship them or loathe them, we cannot doubt that they are ridiculously entertaining.
