Pop star Jusatin Bieber has caused many people to debate whether or not he should be deported. Many of his fans claim that he shouldn't, and their sole reason being that he has a special visa. The fact that he has a visa doesn't change anything, he has been charged with crimes that some might consider worthy of deportation. He has been charged with a DUI and vandalism. Biebers crimes are enough reason to deport him, and he shouldn't be allowed to stay just because he has a special visa. Only a certain number of people get these special visa's, and Bieber has proven that he is not worthy of his. Only a limited number of special visa's are given out each year. Bieber was given his for his "extrodinary ability" in the arts. According to the author Frances Hannan, "They are the doctors who research cures for diseases, artists who dazzle us with their creations, technology gurus who will help build the next supercomputer." There are many other people trying to get into the U.S. because they could help our nation grow. What has Bieber done? Sure, he's a pop star, has lots of fans, but …show more content…
Catherine Shoichet wrote, "those charges aren't considered to be aggravated felonies or crimes of moral turpitude -- the two types of crimes that federal law defines as grounds for deportation of non-citizen immigrants." Moral turpitude is an act or behavior that gravely violates the sentiment or accepted standard of the community. Bieber's crimes could be interpreted as moral turpitude. Bieber's actions have been a violation of moral conduct. He disterbed the residence of the neighborhood and if he was drunk while driving, he could been a danger to those in the area. Frances Hannan stated, "After all, in 2012, more than 10,00 people died in drunk driving crashes..." Drunk driving can be interpreted as moral turpitude, which is ground for

Not every DWI (driving while intoxicated) case ends the same, some have different verdicts in the courtroom. The Ethan Couch case is a great example of why punishing drunk drivers should be more enforced and not so lenient. The teen from Texas was driving drunk with two other passengers in his pickup truck on June of 2013, when he hit and killed four people. Ethan Couch was tried as a juvenile and charged with four counts of Intoxication Manslaughter, but was only sentenced to ten years of probation. His lawyers argued that it was due to “affluenza”, which means that he came from a wealthy family and it prevented him from understanding what was right from wrong, so he was not held accountable for his actions. The judge who took on this case

In this picture all we can see it’s a Lamborghini in Paris and specifically located in the street leading near the Arc de Triomphe as. Also in the picture we see a quote which states: “Why haven’t you seen a Lamborghini commercial before? Because the people who can afford them aren’t sitting around watching Tv...”. The message that the author is trying to convey is simple as people who own this car don’t spend their time with nonsense stuff such as television, videogames and other time

In the instance of drunk driving, the actions of the drunk driver are related to the safety of the drivers within their proximity and therefore affects not only the driver but others as well. Our previous moral experiences allow us to determine what the intentions of the drunk driver might be. Some drivers may choose to drive under the influence of alcohol because they have had an emergency that requires them to be at a certain place and they do not have the means to reach to their destination except for driving themselves. In this case, the context becomes complicated and intricate. However, if the driver is risking his own and other drivers’ safety, it becomes clear that their intentions are based on nonchalance and disregard for others.
