Patton and McMahon (2006) developed a systems theory framework for development of careers called the Therapeutic Framework. The system categorizes the various factors that influence the choice of career into individual factors (for both the learner who is to choose their career and their counselor), organizational factors, or environmental factors (Patton & McMahon, 2006). The system also recognizes the effect of timing on these factors; thus incorporating the aspects of past, present and future (McMahon, Forde, & Dickson, 2015).
From our class sessions, in order to hand down a ruling, a judge must first interpret the law before applying it to the case. Moreover, judges have other important responsibilities in the courtroom, such as admitting/denying evidence, instructing the jury, safeguarding the defendant 's rights and state 's interests in justice, upholding dignity, showing fairness, handing down sentences, discriminating/indiscriminating sentencing structures, even having to consider probation sanctions to impose on probationers. For instance, near the end of the proceeding, the judge instructed the jury about giving a verdict and the upcoming agenda for when they are to decide guilt or innocence. The judge played an active role in ensuring there is fairness on both sides of the prosecution and defense.
Located in Winston Salem which takes approximately 3 hours to get there from my house. Being a private university makes Wake Forest more expensive than most public universities. According to Snider, “The average total cost of a private college or university is about $40,000 a year, but private institutions’ abundant need-and merit-based aid means that most families pay about half the advertised price.” This could potentially save students thousands of dollars. Tuition is a big part of Wake Forest with in-state and out-of-state tuition both being around $34,330. According to college stats, there are 6,788 students, 6,633 being full-time and the remaining 155 students are part-time. Wake Forest has an 89% graduation rate which is 6% higher than Chapel Hill. I also discovered that room and board is about $11,660 and is also not included with tuition. Once again, if I were to attend Wake Forest I would have to pay out of pocket for a place to live and food. The admission’s rate at Wake Forest is 34%. I think Wake Forest is pretty flexible as well. There are payment plans they can set up with the students to help each one pay off their loans and other debts they have.
Through the different responsibilities I will likely be tasked with, there are multiple professional benefits. For example, I will have the opportunity to practice, and continue to sharpen, my legal research and

The population of the school system is changing every year, but practices about culturally diverse student as well as students with challenging behaviors are not changing at this same pace (Carrero & Lusk, 2013). Finding ways to change the way our teachers/teacher candidates are responsive to culturally diverse students with challenging behaviors can become a challenge due to the lack of literature and research provided on this topic.

Many reports and lawsuits have been registered related to ethical and other legal issues in the workplace. Sexual harassment is one of the most registered lawsuits in the courts over the past several years. The news of this ethical issue is common in multi-national companies, political institutes, schools and colleges as well as military institutes. Because of this, many bright professionals have lost their careers; a huge amount of cash has been paid in legal settlements; there have been many devastated families; and the court has been compelled on numerous occasions to make changes in legislation related to this issue. However, everything has been changed with the new legislation. Now, there are certain aspects or laws that might not be acceptable, which were accepted ten years ago (Marshall, 2005).
