JOSEPH
He will come back.
JUDAS
Are you sure, Abba?
MARY
I believe my son will live.
JUDAS
How do we free him from the clutches of death?
MARY
It is left for our Lord the Father to do not us.
JUDAS
If it was left for the Lord the Father to do, then why did the Rabbi say he has to die for the sins of the world? Why did he say his death is for the redemption of man and the reconciliation of man and the Lord our Father? The Passover? The day of atonement and the burnt offering? Why doesn't the Lord our God just do things without asking for sacrifices?
Silence.
PETER
The Rabbi said that now we know in parts but in the fullness of time, we shall know in full.
JUDAS
No. I know why?
PETER
You?
JUDAS
Yes.
PETER
Tell us.
JUDAS
It is the

JOHN
You are going to offer yourself up to Pilate or to Caiaphas?
JUDAS
No.
THOMAS
You will crucify yourself?
JUDAS
The land which was bought in my name as a land for the dead, I will speak life to it through my blood. It will be my altar. It will be where I will sacrifice myself that the Rabbi might live. My blood will open the gates of death.
Silence.
MARY MAGDALENE
Judas, you cannot take your life.
JUDAS
If you love the Rabbi as I do. If you caused his death as I did. If you feel guilty as I do. If you know you can make penance for what you did by laying your life that he may live. Mary Magdalene, tell me, what will you do?
MARY MAGDALENE
I know that the Rabbi will rise as he said. He will rise because the Father said so, not because you lay down your life for him. If not, he would have said so.

Did the Rabbi tell us how he will rise again? Did I not do that which I did because I was destined to? This thought that occurs to me now to do that which I must, do I know from where it comes? Can't you see that it is part of my destiny? To cause the death of the Son of God and cause his resurrection by my death?
JOSEPH
That is enough, Judas. I do not want to hear you mention a word of that again. We sit Shiva for my son. We honour the dead even though we believe the dead shall rise again. We pray over him.
JUDAS
But, Abba, I have to help the Rabbi. The thought has been laid in my heart for a reason.
THOMAS
Well, since you said that Devil also whispers, don't you think it might be the Devil whispering?
JUDAS
No. This is the voice of the Lord our God. I know the difference.
JOSEPH
I said it is enough. Seize this talk. We prepare for Passover even as we sit Shiva. By the way, who kept Shemira over my son?
MARY
Salome, my sister, Mary the mother of the sons of Zebedee, Mary mother of James and Jose, Mary of Clopas and other women. They recited the Tehillim over him as he hung on the cross.
JOSEPH
When the men fled, the women stood with my son. May the Lord our God bless and honour them.

1. The ratification of the 13th amendment to the U.S. constitution marked a historical achievement for the freedom of African slaves in America. Even with this amendment freed slaves, especially in the south, endured many hardships. Many freed slaves in the south still dealt with horrific conditions that existed during the Civil War. Also, slavery by another name was introduced by the state level with legal and prison systems leasing black convicts to corporations for work. Lastly, Africans received much backlash from their white counterparts with many different acts of violence occurring because of this new amendment. The passing of the 13th amendment can be seen as just paperwork, and the true nature of this country can still be seen
“When they found him on the other side of the sea, they said to him, ‘Rabbi, when did you come here?’ Jesus answered them, ‘Truly, truly, I say to you, you are seeking me, not because you saw signs, but because you ate your fill of the loaves. Do not work for the food that perishes, but for the food that endures to eternal life, which the Son of Man will give to you. For on him God the Father has set his

During Jesus’ crucifixion people were saying the following: “You who are going to destroy the temple and build it in three days, save yourself! Come down from the cross, if you are the Son of God!” “He saved others, but He cannot save himself! He’s the king of Israel! Let him come down now from the cross, and we will believe in Him. He trusts in God. Let God rescue him now if he wants him, for He said, ‘I am the Son of God.”
One will no longer draw a pseudo-life from the drives and urgencies of the world, but directly again from the living voice of the divine author of life. And this will be a resurrection: the true self appearing anew, intimately filled and brimming with the spirit or desire of the author. Theology does not simply think about these things, it has to think by means of them: with a theological mind that has died and is now alive in Christ, drawing its mode of reflection from Christ.

Opportunities which can be addressed though senior care includes the increasing of staff including geriatric nurses. This can be done by local long-term care facilities, partnering with community colleges in training nursing staff and staff having the ability to gain the necessary accreditation needed. Long-term care plans can become apart of the services which are provided within the community by social workers who are employed by the state. They can partner with case managers and their individuals to derive long-term care plans, and this takes some of the strain off of case managers. Advocacy groups such as non-profit organization can bring forth the issues of long-term care to local and state level governments, so programs and initiative can be set forth. This is important for people to start looking at long-term care early, and avoid future cost which can become a burden on their loved ones or an unmet need for care.
The New Testament highlights resurrection and living a life of faith and purity. Those who commit themselves to God and are in union with the Lord work towards God’s grace and a divine fate. However, for those who live a life of sin and mock God, he turns his back to leave them to lead their lives in sin and ultimately

Many of the tribes in Palestine like Israel participated in sacrifices. They like Israel believed that sacrifice was a pleasing aroma to their god or gods. While Israel participated in peace, whole, and burnt offering of various animals, the tribes around them participated in both animal and human sacrifices. It stands to reason then, that what many people would say was pleasing to their god would not be pleasing to Jehovah. Yahweh required a perfect sacrifice to be given for sin, but unlike the people around the Israelites, the sacrifice itself did not purify the people or God’s opinion of them. In actuality, it was the heart behind the sacrifice that led to right standing with Yahweh. A wrong standing with God because of sin is what made the sacrifice necessary in the first place, but for many other tribe’s sacrifices were to please the gods into doing something for them as if god was but a puppet to be swayed by the whims of man.
Jesus is speaking in John 5:28. Marvel not at what I say: for the hour is coming, in which all that are in the graves shall hear His voice, and shall come forth; they that have done good, unto the resurrection of life; and they that have done evil, unto the resurrection of damnation.
