“Filth, why do you gotta be so mad at Jb all the time. He just has a girl, nothing to lose your cool about.” I said. Josh and I were shooting some hoops after the game he lost it on Jordan. “You could’ve said something to him before you put all that gas on the pass.” “I wish I could talk to him about it, especially now. This is the furthest we’ve been apart. Not in distance, but in our minds. My dad says it's not his fault if he has a girlfriend, and so does everybody else. Most of my friends are getting girls and I’m here, alone.” Josh Replied. It went very quiet after that. With the exception of a couple dribbles here and there and the sweet sound of nothing but net. I didn’t realize he couldn’t do anything about it. I thought he would be
Mike said yes, he told George that he had done so much for the team and now he would. George was so excited, now he could relax and settle down and pay more attention to his girlfriend and maybe even take it a step further with her.
During their lunch time, Joseph was talking to Kenzie while Jordan took his tray up. Joseph was trying to warn McKenzie about Jordan. Joseph said, “Kenzie, Jordan is only using you. I don't want to see you hurt. He’s not the type of person to ‘love a girl’. He just wants to be in a relationship; he wants to be able to show off his beautiful girlfriend.” McKenzie says, “You’re just jealous. Jordan cares about me. You want me for yourself. You have no right to talk about Jordan like that unless you’re going to say it to his face. If not then shut up. Please.” McKenzie is the type of person that doesn’t like people talking bad about someone she cares about. She’s average height, gorgeous, blonde hair, and intelligent. Joseph, on the other hand, talks about
The most difficult, and frankly most annoying, thing about politics is the massive controversy between different political parties. Nearly everyone has differing opinions on how this country should be run and fierce debates break out which leads to problems getting solved at a delayed time. How can we progress through this inconvenience? It would be finding the best of both worlds. Republican candidate
“We're just friends. I've known him for a long time, since I was about 13. He's just going through a time in his life where he's transitioning in a really positive way and he needs good people around him. And I'm trying to be a good friend and be there for him and support him.”
I blinked slowly, then I spilled my mind to him in swift Op. “I don’t know what to do about her. I don’t know what to do about myself or about Shelby or anything. I can’t help but feel like my life is crumbling around me and I don’t know what to hold on to in order to keep myself standing.
“Josh I just want to tell you...i’m very proud to have you as my son.” He says
“But that’s not the point,” he added in attempt to cut off any possible protests from Shiloh. “I don’t do relationships. Not because I’m just wanting to fuck around and enjoy being single or what-the-fuck-ever normal twenty-somethings do, it’s because I have two people to worry about,” he started, trying to maintain an air of confidence in his voice, “I don’t want you to be with me if you can’t handle that. Nights like this? Nights where we get to be alone? They won’t happen often. More often than not, you’re going to be stuck inside playing twister or watching the Disney Channel or trying to figure out how to discipline an asshole kid without raising your
“I know... I left my parents a note and said if they wanted me back to text me. It’s between them and me and if they ever want to see me again, they can. It’s their choice.”
In history it is repeatedly shown that a rebellion on society can change a country. At the beginning of the Roman Empire there were two political classes, the Plebeians and Patricians. The Patricians were the aristocracy in society and put all the hard labor on the Plebeians, who were servants to the Patricians. The balances of power in Roman society changed quickly when the plebeians chose to rise up and rebel against the Roman rule. The rebellion the Plebeians had against the Patricians caused a drastic change in the Roman Empire.
Holly: “Josh, do you honestly love your son deep down inside your heart, or are you just using your son for your own benefit?
“Uh, yeah Bro, but my dad grew up with Jennifer; she’s my godmother,” RD looked away nervously, “Why? What’s up?” I knew I was not going to like what followed.
So I biked over there for safety away from all the arguing that was going around. Hours later I received a text message from my mom that said and I quote. “Hi Dylan I know you left because of me and your sister arguing ,so I wanted to tell you I am leaving for a week or so. See you then. Love you.”
Benny looked at me with sad eyes "what will we do?" He asks. "I'm only fifteen a cant get a job yet, mom sure as hell won't pay for it" I mumble to myself. "I don't know Benny, I'll try to talk to mom but we'll be ok" I
“Who is it?” He called. “It’s Jade.” I bit my lip and smiled. “Come in.” I took a deep breath and walked in. “Chris. I need to talk to you about something.” He looked at
Transformational leadership is something I have experienced as both an employee and manager. So I relate to this style and I recognize the possibilities within. However, this style of leadership is not easy in today’s workplace. This is especially true when you try to be positive to employees who display negative attitudes all the time. So this can be challenging for some managers. In this paper, I will talk about transformational leadership as part of the future of management. I will try to elaborate more on why not every manager can be transformational. Yet, I do believe and support this style of management. I believe it can be learned, but I also believe it is not born within us. Transformational leadership is ideal for management today
