It could be considered a miracle that John the Baptist realized lept in the womb when Mary came to visit Rachel while she was carrying baby Jesus. I would say that it is a miracle because baby's don't leap in the womb they kick. It says in verse 30 "A man is coming after me who ranks ahead of me because he existed before me." That is a very strong quote from John because it says that he existed before John but he is coming after him. The man is Jesus because Jesus existed in heaven. Jesus ranks ahead of John because he knows what is going to happen in the future and he knows that he will have to die on the cross for us. When John saw the Holy Spirit descend upon Jesus he knew that he would baptize him with the Holy Spirit.
