The legendary American actress and television host Joan Rivers lived on in this year's Grammy Awards, after she nabbed a posthumous award under the best spoken word album category, Page Six reported. It was her work "Diary of a Mad Diva" which cinched her win, and her former fellow Fashion Police co-hosts received the award in her honor.
