Hey guys, my name’s Zoe Davis, and I was born in Somerset, Kentucky, but we live in Wayne County. (Basically everybody in Wayne County was born in Somerset. Wayne County’s hospital…eesh.) I was born in 1998, so I’m turning 18 this year, in April. My parents are Danny and Vicki Davis, and I have two brothers named Brandon and Nikolas. Brandon got married in 2014 to my sister-in-law Kelsey, and Nikolas is starting eighth grade next school year. (No children, but I have a dog and a bunch of half-wild cats.)

I am the youngest of three kids, but I am the only one living with my parents currently because my brother is married, and my sister currently goes to the U of I. My sister and I barrel race throughout the summer, and we have had horses in the family my whole life. After high school I plan on going to college at the U of I like my sister, and I would like to go into dentistry. I am in three sports, which include basketball, volleyball, and track, so I spend most of my school year in the gym, or on the track.

Our family lived in England for 8 years before moving back to America.

California is a beautiful place with beaches and people everywhere and one of those people is Cristina Martinez, me. I was born February 3, 2004. I have three brothers and two parents that love me dearly. I have many interests and some of these things may be things other people enjoy, but I believe that i interpret these differently. These things include color guard, video games, and Movies.

The Jake’s Pet Land case study is an example of leadership and follower situations, highlighting the key points of each role within an organization. This case is a study on how the leader-member exchange (LMX) impacts the outcomes of workplaces. According to Daft, LMX is individualized leader model that explores how the relationship between leader and follower develops over time and how the quality of the exchange relationship affects outcomes (Daft, 2015, p. 54). The LMX in many cases is the foundation an organization is built upon, because of this comes a great understanding between management and subordinates. There is a massive difference between being a manager and an effective leader, and throughout Jake’s Pet Land case study this notion is very evident.
