Teenage Sexuality Teenagers today face many sexuality questions which leave them confused and unsure.

STI
A STI is a “sexually transmitted infection” that is spread through the action of unprotected sex and the most common is Chlamydia.
Chlamydia can inflict pain when urinating and affect the reproductive organs (kidshealth, n.d) in both male and female. Chlamydia could lead to a long-term disease in the testicles and infertility in females. (Australian Government, 2013)
Statistics
• Reported cases of Chlamydia is up 2.8% since 2013 (CDC NCHHSTP 2015)
• 81% of cases reported aged 15-24

Chlamydia can be treated with antibiotics. Always use a condom when engaging in sex. (Australian Government, 2013)
