INTRODUCTION
Gateway Credit Union (GCU) was established in 1955 as the Commonwealth Bank’s staff credit union, CBOA. In 1959 the ties with CBS were removed and Gateway became .B.O.A Credit Union Co-operative Ltd before evolving into Gateway Credit Union Ltd on 1 July 1998.
GCU’s Membership isn’t confined to a particular industry or community. GCU competes against all financial institutions including mutuals, “Big four” and the second tier banks for loan and deposit accounts. Still it has a loyal following amongst older CBA staff.
Being a member owned financial cooperative, GCU does not pay dividends and operates for the purpose of the financial well being of its members by providing financial services at a competitive rate to its members. Hence GCU has a “Societal Orientation” to help the people and the community.
The Vision, Mission and Values of GCU are1:

The organization selected for analysis and evaluation is American Lake Credit Union. This organization is composed of two main branches, both located in Tacoma, Washington. In contrast to banks, Credit Unions are smaller organizations and are directed by members who are selected via a vote to serve in an all-volunteer board of directors for the organization (Scott, and Johnston, p.2, 2011). Specifically, this credit union was founded in 1948 and has grown since then. (C. Fitzer, personal communication April 7, 2014). For instance, although the organization is small in size through a partnership with a credit union network, it is able to provide general financial services at diverse locations

The school's pioneer and CEO, Brian Mueller, said in a declaration: "We don't have a philosophical issue with having an income driven status and having money related authorities. On the other hand, the disfavor incorporating the income driven industry – some of which is justified, and some not – is certifiable and it is not pushing ahead. Moreover, paying little mind to what GCU does to specific itself, its depreciators continue endeavoring to use this disrespect to detract from GCU's thriving." Mueller has seen that GCU has been impervious to a huge amount of the issues associated with income driven schools, generally in perspective of its commonplace
I spoke with M. Mateo to reassure that her mental health concerns is a priority for the team at Gateway Foundation. I also share with her the importance of being in compliances with treatment while being hospitalize. That upon her discharge she is to immediately notified us so that she could return to back to the WHO’A treatment facility. She then ask if she could complete West Oaks substance abuse program I informed her that she was stipulated to treatment at WHO’A by her judge, therefore she would have to return back to the facility. Ms. Tubbs witness our conversation.
When considering GSA’s strategic direction, we should first build an understanding of its relative position within the private equity market. GSA’s current value proposition to its clients is: 1) Greater accessibility to private equity firms through GSA’s customized services, allowing less sophisticated clients to progress from a passive fund-of-funds investor into a direct private equity investor, removing the intermediation between the GP and the client; 2) A strategy of “vintage-year diversification”, whereby GSA contributes to funds over a number of different years in order to gain access to many different types of funds; and 3) A compensation structure that is weighted towards carried interest at the expense of fees, ensuring an alignment of interests between GSA and its clients. These strategies have helped the fund retain large and important
The five components of the GCU mission statements are being global citizens, Christian world viewers, effective communications, responsible leaders, and critical thinkers.
LBGTQIA+ students are missing school, throughout the United States, because they do no feel safe within their school settings. (The Trevor Project, 2016). There are not many resources offered to students in Broome Country outside of the school setting. The United Way’s Mission Statement states: “We all have a stake in what befalls our fellow man. We all benefit when a child succeeds in school…” (United Way, 2017). By missing school it hinders a student’s ability to succeed in the school setting. By opening a call center through Promise Zone at Johnson City High School, this will offer an added support for students. The call center will be open to students 24 hours a day outside of school hours, and be run by teacher volunteers, Promise Zone
Personally, I find the GCU doctrinal statement, Four Pillars, and Christian Worldview to be a profound take on college. It is quite similar to my undergraduate education as I attended a small, private, women’s, Methodist, liberal arts college that prided itself on its “four C’s” (courage, commitment, competence, and confidence) of education. With that said, this is a learning community that I am familiar with and quite fond of. I think what sets GCU as a faith-based education with its Four Pillars apart from non-faith based is that it focuses on my needs and being as a whole, instead of just focusing on my education. It spotlights my spiritual comfort and relationship with God, my mental wellbeing; while the Four Pillars focuses on: “Christian
These questions enable learners to contemplate the meaning of ‘fun’ at work. What would be acceptable or appropriate in their working environment?

The mission is part of the planning part of a company and an issue that managers have to deal with from the very beginning in order to define what needs are the company attending or viewing from another point, what problems people have and the company want and can solve. The Groupon Inc. is a very interesting case that shows us how missions can evolve, be reformulated or simply rewritten.

Credit unions are a non-profit organization that targets new members by offering lower rates and fees, and higher paying dividends.
