When it comes time for a presidential election every four years it boils down to two main groups of people who come out on top: the Republicans and the Democrats. One of the candidates who will win the presidency has almost always been a Democrat or Republican. Now, these candidates have drastically different opinions on everything, one example is climate change; Republicans will usually say it is not relevant or it does not exist and have a conservative mindset toward the issue, while the Democrats will mostly have a liberal mindset and are willing to accept the fact that the planet is changing for the worse. One of the major problems with Republicans is that they tend to be very conservative and have a closed mind to many problems that face the country, however on the other side there is the Democrats; who have a very liberal and open mind to problems and are willing to change things for the better and have open minds to problems facing the world. …show more content…

As we can perceive throughout Inherit the Wind we can see how Rachel’s dynamic personality allows her to see things for how they really are and how she is able to think for the first time in her life.
