The 59th annual Grammys took place February 12th. This will certainly be a show to remember. To start off Twenty One Pilots did something completely unexpected. On their way on stage to receive Best Pop Duo/Group Performance, they took their pants off. They went on to explain that, back before they were in a band they were watching the Grammys. They were in nothing but their underwear and decided that if they ever won a grammy they would receive it just like this, with no pants on. So on their way to the stage, they stripped down to their undies. Continuing tonight, adele broke her grammy in half, saying that the grammy instead belonged to Beyonce for her album ‘lemonade’. She claimed that “Beyonce was her inspiration and got her this far,

M name is Peter Madden. I am a representative of the Family First Party representing Tasmania. First, or current Australian flag represents Britain, and that clearly diminishes our value of being a free country. Our design should be elected as the new Australian flag as the golden wattle on our flag reflects our prized values. For instance, Family First believes in a nation comprised of important morals and values such as honesty, hard work, respect, loyalty, kindliness and compassion. All these elements combined together contribute to strong, healthy, united families. A united nation. The golden wattle is not only a symbol of Australia’s native flora, but also a symbol of peace and unity. This is exactly what our sunburnt nation yearns for today as financial crisis’s, violence and terrorism has weaved its way onto our

There is a lot of controversy over Caitlyn Jenner receiving the Arthur Ashe Award for courage. While some believe she is worthy of the award, others believe that the award should have gone to someone else. D.L. Hughlye is one person speaking out against Caitlyn winning the prestigious award. He told TMZ, July 17, 2015, that Arthur Ashe founder of the award, showed real courage. Those who receive the award should be the same. Arthur battled AIDS and lived in a time where the South and his profession were segregated. He compared that to Caitlyn putting on a dress to win the award. To D.L., the two aren’t even in the same ballpark. He thought it was a targeted that the late Lauren Hill, a college basketball player who battled cancer, lost to a man wearing a dress. D.L. said that Caitlyn looked like a PE teacher, but his comments went further when he compared Caitlyn to the TV character Mrs. Doubtfire. He said she is as beautiful as Robin Williams was as Mrs. Doubtfire. playing the character played by the late Robin Williams.
I am delighted to announce that I am running for the presidential position of Science National Honors Society, which has truly been one of the most active clubs at Clements High School this year! In doing so the club has genuinely lived up to its motto of "Promoting Science, Service, and Leadership". Hearty congratulations to all the current officers for successfully re-establishing the SNHS standards at Clements High School after a year of hardships. From the establishment of Pat Cave to volunteering at Westbury Community Garden, active involvement in SNHS has given me a rigorous introduction to application of scientific concepts to real life problems. At the same time, this club has taught me how to sincerely appreciate nature, specifically
“It's kind of fun to do the impossible” is a quote by walt disney. I believe that anyone can achieve the impossible just by working hard. This leads into the song I chose “Hall of Fame”by the script, the theme of this song is encouraging yourself to do the impossible, will eventually lead you to the hall of fame. First, one of the verses says “you can move a mountain, you can break rocks, you can be the master don't wait for luck, dedicate yourself and you will find yourself standing in the hall of fame.” This tells us that as long as you believe in yourself you can achieve your goals. For me achieving, has always been one of my biggest goals, whether that be in academics or sports. But I have had people tell that I am not smart enough to get
When you're dribbling down the court and suddenly lose the ball, do you think you should deserve a participation award for that? I think they don’t deserve a trophy because they are entitled to everything, makes them feel special, and the hard workers receive the same trophy including first, second, or third place. Even though you may have strived for the best of your ability without coming on top, we still all want a trophy of some sort. Some of us have received a participation trophy of some kind. The year is now 2017, and we all think want to be rewarded for doing the little things out in the court. As one of my favorite song says “We All Want What We Ain't Got,” by Jake Owen. Because we want everything in life, we hope that life just throws something amazing at us. In the world today, that's all we want, and no one wants to put the effort in for trying to receive the 1st place
There are many philharmonic orchestras but today I will be talking about the most famous ones. Before I start I will tell you what it means. A philharmonic is a symphony orchestra or the group that supports it. A symphony is a large orchestra. An orchestra is a large group of musicians who play together on various instruments, usually including strings, woodwinds, brass instruments, and percussion instruments. Philharmonic comes from Greek words meaning ‘love of harmony’.

Now that, that's out of the way down to business.
Relating to The Audience: I know everyone in this room loves to listen to music overall and I know everyone in this room has heard a song of the R&B genre and got sad or listened to an R&B song because they were sad. So, don’t tell me you haven’t because I don’t have time for liars.
