3.1. Identification of Communication styles:
Sheryl Kara Sandberg is a kind of motivating women and can be considered to be of a role model to the developing she. Her communication style is always enrolling behind the women empowerment and their development. Her style of communication is controversial which puts off about women and work their ambition and success. She has put up all these styles in her first book Lean In published March 10, 2013. She always strived and questioned others about women’s leadership roles and their own success.

As a part of my assignment to identify the styles and different skills of communication by studying Brian Krzanich actions and behaviour. Next part is to perform a critical analysis on the identified communication styles and skills by comparing and contrasting strength, weakness of a selected person.
Also revealed is her evaluation of people and their behavior and relationships in the workplace. She evaluates how men describe their success and how their success is accepted much better then when women achieve success. This creeps into gender expectations within communication because when women speak on their success they will relate it back to others instead of taking the credit for themselves (Sandberg, 30). Sandberg’s main point is that women are over looked for executive job positions, and there is extreme sexism in play, while most job fields are ran by misogynists. She also feels as though women are looked at as second class citizens, and are only worth to either stay at home and cook and clean. Feminism has been a huge part of women’s lives. People argue what is equal and what is right for the women population. In the articles “Lean In: What Would You Do If You Weren’t Afraid?” by Sheryl Sandberg and “Dig Deep: Beyond Lean In” by Bell Hooks, both authors address issues that women face such as educational opportunity, economic standings, and societal pressures, from different perspectives.
Sheryl Sandberg expresses her feelings very easily in the form of words while delivering any speeches or interviews. Sheryl is a good communicator who easily connects with the audience through her extraordinary interpersonal skills. While researching I have gone through her personality, socialization, education and experience. She has very effective communicating skills which includes clarity along with other vital factors like courtesy, conciseness, completeness and correctness.
More and more women are rising to the leadership challenge, even in some of the most male-dominated industries. The increase in the number of women attending college, the increasing number of women in the workplace or starting their own business has demonstrated to men who own businesses that women can be both managers and mothers, thus showing their male counterpart that women can in fact "do it all".
