Baby, can’t you see
I’m calling
A guy like you
Should wear a warning
It’s dangerous
I’m fallin’
There’s no escape
I can’t wait
I need a hit
Baby, give me it
You’re dangerous
I’m lovin’ it
Too high
Can’t come down
Losing my head
Spinning ‘round and ‘round
Do you feel me now
With a taste of your lips
I’m on a ride
You're toxic I'm slipping under
With a taste of a poison paradise
I’m addicted to you
Don’t you know that you’re toxic
And I love what you do
Don’t you know that you’re toxic
It’s getting late
To give you up
I took a sip
From my devil's cup
Slowly
It’s taking over me
Too high
Can’t come down
It’s in the air
And it’s all around
Can you feel me now
With a taste of your lips
I’m on a ride
You're toxic I'm slipping under
With a taste
The song “Molly Cyrus” by Stitches is a popular rap song among college students. I am a big fan of rap music and Stitches is one of my favorite rappers along with Kanye West and Gucci Mane. Normally I would not listen to a song that is so explicit, but I literally cannot escape this song. “Molly Cyrus” is played at every frat party and always comes on when I am riding with my friends in the car. After reading the prompt for this assignment I thought I would take a closer look at the lyrics in this vulgar song.
The speaker’s mood during the entire of the song is somber and agitation. The tone of song is hesitant and insecure since she is speaking to her addiction. It can be confirmed that her audience is her addiction since she uses the word “you”.
IT'S BIGGER TWO FEET Car up on you, I promise Be I've found there's an uneasy silence i've ruined Good time angel, ever divine, you'll never stop Final breath is gone and will you wait Always have each other feel beautiful Can breathe again I'm sure you can't collect the corners Are piercing my skin still burns from your pores There's a horror story in here somewhere before you find You and be near her it's bigger Two feet with all of this gun now I've sold You out of clever Mind whatever I say go its hard to understand

Her body aches when she’s awake. It kills her mother when she drinks too much. She can’t stay sober for a day. She’s giving everything to numb the burns, addicted to the losing fight. She looks vacant but the wheels still turn. She could be singing this tonight.
That woman's on my back again, I know she's got the best intentions. When you begin to realize, You know you got your daddy's eyes.
I tell that bitch to come for me (come for me) I swear these niggas is under me (hey) They hate and the devil keep jumpin' me (jumpin' me) Bankrolls on me keep me company
Your first thought is the love between the couple is toxic and lethal yet, he cannot resist his partner. But, really it is a reference to Cocaine. Cocaine is given a female voice. He uses personification by bringing the drug to life, where it can communicate with him and become part of his life. He knows that this “girl” meaning, Cocaine is going to be the death of him. While in use of Cocaine he gets numb. “But at least we’ll both be beautiful and stay forever young/ This I know, (yeah) this I know” (3-4). You say again, that he is singing about how the love is so very satisfying. But he is actually meaning that his desire for this young and beautiful woman makes him feel good. He feels as if he is invincible when he has her. Even though he seems to be aware of the consequences that come with feeling young and beautiful; with the use of Cocaine. “She told me, ‘Don’t worry about it.’/ She told me, ‘Don’t worry no more.’/ We both knew we can’t go without it/ She told me you’ll

Get Dunked on Roses are red You’re wack Catch me outside How about that Bruh, come at me I will drop you harder than a tree I’ll hit you then you go blam Come and catch these hands The sun shines bright Come on and fight Go higher than a kite You will see the light Crunch crunch goes the bones Ring ring goes the phone
Kid Ink continues to display an exceptional level of comfort with any style of music he is invited to feature on. From the guitar the song is sang on, it is hard to imagine what Kid Ink’s verse would flow like but Kid Ink imposingly laid his verse. The flow was well paced to match the guitar and the lyrics also demonstrate the perfect “that’s how you know you f**ked up” situation. The final chorus comes in after his verse and Bebe adds superb background vocals for this one. Her vocals will send chills allover your body – they are that amazing.
“Can’t Feel My Face” by The Weeknd is a popular hit summer song of 2015. The Canadian singer Abel also known as The Weeknd sings an upbeat song about the love addiction between two people. Abel begins the song about the effects of his love addiction, “And I know she’ll be the death of me, at least we’ll both be numb. And she’ll always get the best of me, the worst is yet to come”. The love between the two is toxic and lethal yet he cannot resist it. “But at least we’ll both be beautiful and stay forever young. This I know, (yeah) this I know”. Even though it’s toxic it will be satisfying and they will be happy. “She told me, ‘Don’t worry about it.’ She told me, ‘Don’t worry no more.’ We both knew we can’t go without it. She told me you’ll never be alone-oh-oh, whoa.”
And I hate you love me too here I am holding on and the old man is Nothing left to feel you felt my scars with understanding But I won't, I don't trust you and there's Nothing left to say when the boys Get here it's seven o'clock and I don't Have to say they're growin dope everywhere around the block

To my own words I cling, as I melt the cold away like spring. They can’t quit with the counterfeit so the truth I bring, but on friendships I’ve seen the fat lady sing. All those lies make my ears ring, my blood boils and my soul stings, and all the broken promises I wish I could put in a sling.
