A healthy weight is often, different from one person to the next person. A healthy weight to me is a weight in which, one can still walk, without feeling discomfort such as feeling light headed, woozy, and not losing breath after three steps. With a healthy weight one will be able to control motion and control of one's body. A healthy weight can be hard for one to maintain and takes a lot of work to control.
4. Obesity results when a person ingests more calories than, he or she can burn off. If this happends regularly over a period of time the body will store the extra calories as fat. The body is able to burn off calories as the energy needed throughout the day but, if the energy is not burned off it will be stored as fat.

There are several health problems that have to do with obesity. Some of these health problems include hypertension, cardiovascular disease, and type 2 diabetes. Hypertension often, starts from little physical activities. Cardiovascular disease is due to a decrease in physical activities. Type 2 diabetes is when their is enlarged adipose cells.
