Hypocrite Hypocrite: preaches one thing, and does another. You said that the actions of one affects the entire family Yet you behave childishly and tell us not to spread the word. You said take to heart what you are learning and apply the principles your taught, Yet when we're taught to love our neighbors as ourselves, You still talk and gossip about everyone you see, even your own brothers and sisters. Hypocrite: a person who acts in contradiction to his or her stated beliefs or feelings. You said I'd only get out what I put in, But you put it just as little effort as I. You said I have no right to be upset, That the only person I should be upset with is myself. Yet you forget that you’re the one who wished death upon me. Hypocrite:
The best way to learn new things is to make mistakes and learn from your mistakes and the best way to understand others is to put your legs in their shoes. Cliff
* What other peoples way of doing things and you will be able to learn from them.
The lessons the world offers and the ones you take away from a classroom are very much related. They both shape you in the best way possible but it is up to you retain and take out of it. There is a chance to learn everywhere you go it is up to you to take
Having a learner’s heart means being open to improving on the skills one already has or being humble enough to acknowledge that they do not know everything. The is a heavy burden in believe that you have come your final opinion or knowledge on anything. The course text book has brought up the need for being a lifelong learner a few times and I believe it is a skill that all people should refine and take up. The encouragement to being a lifelong learned supplement by the tools provided by the course text have been beneficial to be understanding and practice. Some of the tools the course text lists include making time to learn, meeting new people, and going online. Since reading this book, I have tried to implement at least these three things. Making time to learn have been one of the biggest ones. I have also allowed myself to ask questions. Being in college accompanied with being a first-generation college student, I have felt the need to just know things. My family’s assumption about my education has impacted me; several of them assume that college has taught me everything and I am afraid to seem like I do not know things. The education they help me pay for needs to be shown to them through my knowledge. There is a freedom in being able to say “I don’t know, but I’ll try and find out”. I know my family is excited about my education and does not understand exactly what my education and knowledge entails. Being a learner means I do not have to know everything and I can continue to learn from all circumstances and anyone who is willing to teach
As a media and public relations agent for the Canadian Province of British Columbia, Connor Baldwin has spent many years photographing the bears of the region. There are two distinct species of bear that are native to British Columbia, the Grizzly Bear and the Kermode Bear. Each of these bear species are unique, and important to the wildlife and ecology of their habitat.
Taking an honest interest and devoting one’s self to obtaining a true understanding of what is being is learned, was a point that was centralized on in the article. I agree with this
Will Smith Ali: Persistent Man Will Smith Ali was director and written both by Michael Mann. I saw this movie over the weekend at home. This movie talk about a man Ali, this man is a boxer. He is a Islam same with Malcolm X. When Vietnam War he should went to join the army. However, he did not think that because Vietnam people never call him nigger.
I learned this by looking at me and what I feel is right or wrong. I will continue to use this competency moving forward through out my career.
I need to learn lessons that I can carry on for the rest of my life. I do not
I learned that our thinking can make bad decisions. Our thoughts can change with comparing things. We can say no to one thing, but if it is compared to something else that can change our mind. The comparison can make things look different in our mind to make us make a different decision. The information that I learned is important because it helps you to look at things differently now. Sometimes it is best to stick with your first choice or decision and can cause an irrational decision.
I grew up in a suburb of Kansas City for most my life. Two years ago I moved with my parents to a very small town where my dad grew up. Growing up in a larger town has shaped the way I act and feel towards people. In the small town I live in now everyone knows everyone, and everyone knows everyone’s business. That was never the case when I was growing up people minded their own business for the most part.
If you learn nothing else in life, please: do one thing and take care to remember that. In my expansive, albeit short, time of living, I have come to realize that few words amount to more than those four.
Addiction is not an individual problem but something that affects the whole family. Stevens and Smith (2013) state that families will “readjust to redistributing responsibilities to accommodate the user” (pp. 247-248). Children learn to adapt to their dysfunctional family, including taking more responsibilities on when their parent cannot because of their addiction. Families need to be included in treatment so that they can learn positive ways to help their family member without enabling them. The Bible states in Ecclesiastes 4:9 “Two people are better off than one, for they can help each other succeed” (New Living Translation). God designed humans to need each other that is why he created Eve as Adam’s helpmate. Having a support system
Like when I did track, I wanted to jump at a minimum eleven feet so, I had to practice every day before I could actually do it, but I never gave up. Because of that, I can now soar more than eleven feet. If I would’ve given up I probably would not have enjoyed the meets and I wasn't embarrassed about how much I could jump. It wasn't the best jump, but I was content with it. I could also apply this lesson to simple problems on a daily basis. Like, when a teacher asks you to do something, try to figure it out, and after a couple mistakes don’t just say I give up just ask for help. Now, I’m learning to apply this to everyday things. I also learned that I should just keep trying. I’ve experienced the truth. I’ve done this by applying it to everyday
At the time of this writing, cooperation between East Asian countries remains despairingly low. North Korea continues to fire off missiles into the Sea of Japan. China has multiple territorial disputes with its neighbors and the South China Sea remains hotly contested. Japan continues to deny the atrocities it committed in World War II, including the gruesome rape of Nanking as well as horrific human rights abuses committed against the Chinese. Trade between India and China, the two largest economies on the continent as measured by PPP, is badly unbalanced and stands at a mere 70 billion dollars worth annually, compared to 650 billion dollars worth of trade annually between China and the United States.
