I enjoyed reading your post for this week’s discussion board forum. I may have to say that your thoughts are good thoughts; never think that you’re thinking too deeply. Deep thoughts carry stronger outputs, remember that. First, I would like to say that I didn’t think about poverty, immigrants and human trafficking until you stated this in your feedback. Immigrants and human trafficking is extremely important when it comes to VDPV being seen in the United States. There are so many scenarios when individuals are not able to get the required vaccination to keep them from contracting and spreading diseases. I believe that God wants us all to be protected from the harm of earthly diseases, but what are we to do for those who are in difficult circumstances.
No, I wouldn’t allow this gorilla to sign with the Oakland Raiders because they are a scientifically created robot. The scientifically created robot never makes mistake like human makes, so the football game will be unfair because the gorilla is seven hundred pounds people can’t stop the gorilla. The football is not only one team game because if Oakland Raiders sign with the gorilla than they will win every game, the scientifically created gorilla is faster than human and they never get tired like a human. According to the passage, it says “Meanwhile the gorilla has made it clear he would never intentionally injure any opponent”. The shows that gorilla wouldn’t intentionally injure the opponent but they could accidentally injure opponent which

Vaccinations; it’s an intimidating word. Imagine your child being stabbed with needles containing diseases just because your pediatrician said it helps. While a good portion of the audience here today can understand this issue, my question is why are vaccinations such a problem? More specifically, what are the altercations of religious exemptions to vaccines? While it seems to be a personal issue, the choice to or not to vaccinate affects the lives of everyone in your community. All I ask is that you keep an open mind and listen to the information I will present today in hopes that you will better understand vaccinations and the necessity for mandatory vaccination.
Child Soldiers, what i’ll write about is children recruited under the age of 18 and fight in war against other countries, and whether they should be Prosecuted or Amnesty.
Social media is addictive. Tweet - #Addicted. Facebook – Like my selfie. Snapchat – Snap me. I found myself on a painful and destructible path that consumed my life, without realising that I too was playing that game of seeking external validation through social media. I finally saw the light at the end of the tunnel and realised - We should start living in the real world. We should banish living in virtual reality and become interactive with people again.
I am writing to you in order to further express my elation towards your career choice. I know that your love of science, math and reading will aid you very much in engineering. Now I know that many an individual has criticized your decision by not only putting you down but by stating preposterous claims as to you being an engineer. These voices state that traditional roles are to be followed and they desire to stifle your love. I would undoubtably hate you if you were to let these irrationalities crush and keep you from your own happiness. Although this is a career typically sought by the opposing gender you should not let sexist comments cloud your judgement. We both know that you have never been much for proprieties regarding gender roles
Human trafficking does not mean only exploitation of people for sexual purposes, although that's part of it. The vast majority of human trafficking, though, involves people being forced into agricultural labor, domestic labor, factory work, and other kinds of slavery -- not sexual slavery.
Immigration is a big issue today. I.C.E , homeland security, just recently swept around the south west Kansas area. People are getting deported every day in the USA. Immigrants go to the United States to look for good paying jobs to feed the very own mouths of their family. Donald trump, a business leader is fighting the war against immigrants. He does not want them in the USA because supposedly they bring diseases and drugs. He says that's immigrants are taking all the jobs in the USA. Immigrants don't bring any of that stuff in the United States. Immigrants chose to come for various reasons, such as to live in freedom, to practice their religion freely, to escape poverty or oppression, and to make better lives for themselves and their children.
Human trafficking is a form of modern-day slavery in which traffickers use force, fraud, or coercion to control victims for the purpose of engaging in commercial sex acts or labor services against his/her will. (“Human Trafficking.”) Differing definitions of sex trafficking in state laws make it difficult to know if the studies on sex trafficking are including consensual, adult sex workers, who are not victims of trafficking under federal or international law in their numbers. Vulnerable Native American women and youth are targeted by traffickers more than any other ethnic group. The data collected for the “Shattered Hearts” report from 95 Native women and girls suggest that the trafficking of Native girls into prostitution is a significant, though rarely discussed as a problem. Still, the studies do suggest that sex trafficking of Native women and girls, specifically, is present in the United States. (“Shattered Hearts.”)
In this eye-opening look at the contemporary American scourge of labor abuse and outright slavery, journalist and author Bowe visits locations in Florida, Oklahoma and the U.S.-owned Pacific island of Saipan, where slavery cases have been brought to light as recently as 2006. There, he talks to affected workers, providing many moving and appalling first-hand accounts. This book deserves the attention of anyone living, working and consuming in America.
When someone says the word immigration, what comes to your mind? Some that came to a country when they aren’t really supposed to be there? A person that leaves their country to go to a new? From place to place? Although that is partly true, it’s not the whole truth. They have many reasons to come here, like wars and inequality. If they are going through this, then why do our peers in America discriminate them. If we were in their shoes, would we want more problems?
With the advancement of poverty in the United States it is time to solve the homeless situation. Thousands of Americans are homeless and taking up space on the city’s streets. A simple solution to this problem would be to allow the homeless to reside in landfills. They would be able to sort through the waste to find appropriate cardboard boxes to live in. This could also be used as a form of employment allowing them to sort through recycling to improve the environment. It is also a statistical fact that many Americans throw away food that goes untouched. Not only would they have a permanent residence of their choosing but this also insures that they would have plenty of food to maintain their strength to sort trash.
the article starts out with a clear emphasis on the cooperation between the different segments of society; cooperation between the state, civil society , and religious groups and institutions on the issues of human trafficking and prostitution, stating how they are immoral, illegal, unethical and how they should be considered as a taboo by societies in Europe, especially Cyprus since the exploitation of women has been rapidly increasing recently. Where all the 800bars and 70 cabarets take advantage of uneducated, poor, unlucky and socially corrupted women at the cost of reasons such as profit and pleasure, which may seem as lame reasons when compared to the life and future of a young woman. The article also
It is a crime that involves 21 million people worldwide, affects all areas from the slums and tribal villages to the skyscraper-filled metropolises, and pervades gender, ethnicity, and class (International Labour Organization 2014). Villains in the narrative range from prominent political figures, internationally organized rings, and even a victim’s own family members. The modus operandi? Emotional, mental, and physical abuse; fear and sedation by drugs. The motivation? Money, and the twisted desires of mankind. And as if it couldn 't get any worse, this industry shows no signs of slowing down. It is the inhumane world of human trafficking.
“The global market of child trafficking is at over $12 billion a year with over 2 million child victims” (“Stop Child Trafficking Now” 1). This statement from the article “Stop Child Trafficking Now” describes how serious this crisis is nationwide. Child labor, illegal adoptions and child prostitution are the three forms child trafficking typically exists as (“Riverkids Project” 1). There has been a rising number of Cambodian children being trafficked for sexual exploitation and forced labor because of poverty, unemployment and lack of education; however organizations such as the Coordinated Mekong Ministerial Initiative Against Trafficking (COMMIT) are trying to raise awareness of this crisis.
