HRM is the most important department of any company or organization. Without human resource management an organization cannot build a good team of working professionals.
The human resource department performs multiple tasks such as hiring the potential staff, give them training according to their expertise, motivate employees, and maintain the workspace environment and safety. In this type of environment it also very necessary to maintain the equal pay between the men’s and women’s. Weather it is an airline job or any other job in any company women deserves equal pay.
