The rank gave a number for how much mold grew after one day. 1 meaning no mold and 5 meaning more than 10 spots of mold. The three foods involved in this study were cheese, strawberries, and bananas. There were an organic and non-organic food for each food item. The food was placed in a dark and warm cabinet.
