Leadership is a significant part of any organization. Ineffective leadership may experience different issues while effective leadership may prompt a smooth operational and motivational team and result in the success of the organization, without altering various dynamics in the organization. One leader may deliver better outcomes in the organization yet may not be effective for another organization. For decade’s individuals, companies, and organizations have spent an unprecedented amount of money on researching, molding, modeling and working to define what a leader is and what characteristics make successful leaders.
