The Scientific Revolution was a movement that took place in the seventeenth century. It was a period when new ideas on physics, astronomy, biology, chemistry and much more led to s rejection of doctrines and led the foundation of modern science. The Scientific Revolution ruined the Medieval view of the universe and established the scientific method (231). Medieval view of the world was based on religion. The Scientific Revolution made people became reasonable and formed a worldview based on facts. During this time, scientists started to apply what is at the scientific method, using observation, experimentation, and tools to discover the laws of nature.
