The industrial revolution shifted the energy resources, such as animal power and running water to fossil fuels. The increased use of fossil fuels and machines changed society. During this time the large scale production of goods in factories became less expensive than local production and machinery reduced the amount of land and human labor needed for farming. As fewer people grew their own food the population in suburban areas began to increase and fossil fuels and motorized vehicles allowed goods to be transported cheaply across greater distances.
A great number of extradentary and revolutionary things happened during the united states early history. Between 1600-1900 we built this country from the ground up. We went through multiple wars, created one of the first working large scale democracy’s and created a way of life that is like none other. There is one major turning point however, that changed the united states forever: The Industrial Revolution.
The Industrial revolution of the United States helped to shape the society that we live in today. The early development of manufacturing in this country was due to technological innovation and new opportunities for Americans and immigrants. The Industrial Revolution was a result of social, political, economical and technological changes. The social changes that led to the Industrial Revolution were, population increase, jobs and education. Which I will introduce and examine more in the following paragraph.
Many things during the American Revolution changed in the process. For an example the economy. Most of the economy in the Industrial Revolution is based on the manufacturing part. Also the inventions changed the life before and after The Industrial Revolution. They gave jobs to people and took away some jobs from people. Lastly the communication during and after the Revolution changed too. In the Industrial Revolution the inventions, economy and the process of communication changed throughout the years of the Industrial Revolution.
During the period of the Industrial Revolution, Great Britain saw great and fast change. Many new inventions and innovations vigorously improved the economic sate of Britain and the lives of the people. The inventions of the flying shuttle, spinning jenny, the water frame, and the spinning mule sparked what is known as the textile industry. These inventions increased the speed and quality of spinning and weaving. This also made it more efficient and required less human labor. As a result of not needing much human labor people resorted to cities in search for jobs, thus leading to factories. The factories became center or the “power house” of the industrial revolution. New machinery was introduced allowing cheaper labor and mass production at a lower cost. This new way of creating manufactured goods increased the economy of Britain exponentially. People were very pleased by the increase of Britain’s economy. Britain was also big on coal. Coal made it simpler and cheaper to melt iron . This

The revolution had a huge impact on the thinking power of people to invent things or to reinvent other people's inventions that could be changed for the better by making it faster and do more things at once. This Revolution sparked many people in the north and the south to advance their technologies and work hard to better their lives. In the end it is actually a positive thing for society. Industrialization’s positive effects are mainly the improvements and progression of technology and the gradual rise in living quality.
