Richard Kuklinski Essay In 1935, Richard Kuklinski was born New Jersey and had a rough childhood. He was a contract killer for the mafia back in 1949-1986. He showed no sympathy for the ones he killed and had no feelings for them one way or another. His life all started when his parents had him and that was beginning of one of the worst killers in america.
As a child, Kuklinski experienced many things and that to me is why he turned out to be the way he was. His parents would constantly abuse him and he never actually felt love when he was younger. This is how he never had feelings for those he hurt. Although, he had three kids with his wife and showed them love while caring

He killed people for them not paying their debts, but what shocks me the most for him killing is he would kill someone just for looking at him the wrong way. I can’t speak for all but i’m positive not many would go to that extreme of doing such a heinous act. He once killed a man for calling him out at a bar, which had embarrassed him. He killed the man by setting his car on fire from the inside while the man was sleeping in it. Like I said, his reasonings were quite bizarre. In December of 1986, Kuklinski was finally arrested on murder, robbery, and illegal weapons violations. Later after confessing to other charges, thirty years were added to his already two life term sentences. His long crime spree lasted for about thirty seven years and killing 150+ people. While behind bars he was a relatively famous figure. He was involved in multiple interviews and documentaries.
Kuklinski died on March 5th, 2006 in St. Francis Hospital. The way he died made him think he was poisoned and he went on to tell his family that. He died due to inflammation in his blood vessels. After his death, There was a movie based on him known as The Iceman. So, Kuklinski was a relatively famous guy for what he did. Stephen Mobley, your classic suburban-American boy born and raised into a middle-class loving home. He was never abused or bullied as a child and seemed to live a well-rounded life. However, as Mobley grew older little spurts of violence and malicious behavior began appearing from the darkness. At the age of 25 Stephen Mobley walked into his neighborhood pizza shop and did not return with a pizza, but with a sentence to life in prison on death row, awaiting execution. Mobley shot and killed the manager of the pizza shop in the neck after robbing the cash register and joking that he was interested in filling a vacant management position after the manager was dead. I had recognized the features of this man, but no one had actually thought that he was real. All of the people in Rocky River knew him as “Hank Shank.” He was known for stabbing his poor victims with anything remotely sharp that he could
Richard Leonard Kuklinski was born in the Polish section of Jersey City, New Jersey. His mother, Anna McNally was a devout catholic and his father, Stanley Kuklinski, worked on the railroads. His father was an alcoholic who beat Richard regularly. Richard was one of four children and had an older brother who died from his parents abuse. Heather Mitchell and Michael Aamodt (2005) say that, “Childhood abuse has been given varying levels of blame in the development of serial killers. De Baker (1997) quoted Ressler’s research and stated that, ‘100 percent [of serial killers] has been abused as children; either which violence, neglect, or humiliation’ (p.55).’” (p. 40). Kuklinski began killing cats as a child. Research says “Violence is a pattern
Richard Kuklinski was born in 1935 in New Jersey. His father was very abusive towards him and his brother until they were teens. Richard and some Psychiatrist believe this contributed to his antisocial personality disorder. Richard developed a cold hatred for anyone who humiliated him or angered him. He first murdered someone when he was 18 by burning them alive in their own car. This started Richards long deadly habit of destroying those who got in his way. In his 20’s he joined up with Gambino mafia family. He proved his worth by un-empathetically killing a random person in the streets of new york. From there he started his career as one of the deadliest and most successful contract killer. He ascended beyond many serial killers ruthlessness and violence against his victims with his many tactics including letting rats eat them. His career as a contract killer lasted over 30 years. Through all this he had a loving wife and 3 kids including 2 girls and a boy. His family was completely unaware of his job. He was very different from many other serial killers in the way he was killing for personal gain such as money. He has repeatedly said in interviews that he felt no thrill or enjoyment from killing people. Many psychiatrist credit this to his fearlessness. Which is fueled by his antisocial personality disorders and the beats he received as a kid. This fearlessness makes a lethally efficient

On December 6th, 1941 the world welcomed Richard Benjamin Speck, who would become a well-known mass murderer. Speck, having a rather rough childhood, had an extensive criminal background before committing the unspeakable murders that made him famous. After being found guilty, Speck spent his remaining days in Chicago’s Stateville Penitentiary. One can look at Richard’s personal history, crime and criminal history to try and pin him to one criminological theory, when in reality, none will really fit him to a “T”. He was a psychopath who was in great need of psychological help, among other things.
Charles Manson became known worldwide after helping commit numerous gruesome murders near Hollywood, California. Although, Manson’s legal troubles did not start from that point, he had been in and out of institutions and prisons since the age of twelve, for many different reasons. “For, let out of prison in 1967, the year of ‘the summer of love,’ he became the most hated and vilified figure in America, a symbol of everything that had gone wrong in the ‘60s” (Smith). Even though his release from prison was short lived, he managed to do a lot of damage during his time of freedom. Manson received a life sentence in May of 1970 for the nine murders he helped execute (Baughman). Charles Manson is a well recognized name across the United States.
Some of the atrocities he committed was when he celebrated a party where lot of boyars were invited, and he made them all being impaled with stakes. With the impaled bodies, he made rows (in an artistic way) and this is known as the Forest of the Impaled.
