Have you ever heard of the Hindenburg disaster of the Titanic sinking. Well the many similarities and differences between them. So I'm going to tell you some. Some of the similarities are that they had many people on it so many people died. Most of the people on the Titanic and the Hindenburg for rich or wealthy people. Another similarity was that both of the Hindenburg and the Titanic was that they were never used again after they burned up and sunk. They both were very bad disaster. Those are some similarities that I thought of. The differences that the Titanic had but the Hindenburg had had not was that the Titanic was a ship. The Titanic was also in water. Another thing is that the Titanic sunk. These are some facts about the Titanic.
The Titanic is different from the other ships because, they thought that the Titanic was unsinkable. “It’s another ice burg warning…the captain had seemed quite unconcerned” on 106 and 107 so they aren’t worried that they will not hit the ice burg and sink because those people don’t think it can sink. “There was much talk among the passengers about the Titanic being unsinkable.” On 105 so they aren’t worried that the boat will sink. “Nicknamed the Unsinkable ship” on page 102 it even says unsinkable
Some even say that static electricity could have played a role in this tragedy. Despite the fact that the Hindenburg went up in flames, it is still considered the largest airship ever built and has impacted the way we use transportation by air today. (The) The demand for faster transportation was the main inspiration for building the Hindenburg. German Nazis used the airship as their main transportation.
The Titanic’s maiden voyage was disastrous because the beautiful ship sank and many people died. One of the largest flaws of the Titanic’s design is that it was too big and not nimble enough to avoid the iceberg. In addition to the nimbility of the ship, some of the rivets were improperly manufactured and contained a lot of slag in the steel, which makes it more fracture prone.
The Titanic tragedy was not a very happy event, but I am here to share my opinion on the causes of the sinking of it.
The Hindenburg disaster of 1937 changed the world of air travel in the 30’s. From a world with airships commonly and widely used to them almost non-existent.
The Hindenburg was a german made Zepplin which was a large airship that flew because it was filled with hydrogen gas. The Hindenburg exploded over Lakehurst, New Jersey when the hydrogen gas leaked creating a fire causing many people to perish. On May 6, 1937 the Hindenburg arrived at Lakehurst, New Jersey they planned to land at 6:00 AM, but when they arrived they found that whether conditions were too harsh at the airfield. Nobody expected a zeppelin to explode, because they had a perfect track record for thirty years straight. The Hindenburg’s final journey started in Frankfurt, Germany, and it all ended in Lakehurst, New Jersey. They had no trouble until Lakehurst, and there they faced a storm and strong headwinds.
The Hindenburg disaster happened almost 80 years ago. The Hindenburg was a German built zeppelin. The ship seen its first flight on March 4,1936. The ship seen its last flight on May 6, 1937. The Hindenburg had an overall of 63 flights its final was terrifying.
The sinking of the Titanic is one most well-known shipwreck in modern day history and it's still being written and told about even a century later. The causation of the sinking has been debated heavily since the crash in 1912 and many so-called experts of the titanic disagree with another on this issue. There has been new development when the ship was discovered in 1985 and examined by experts. Leading people that the sinking was caused by three major turning points. The first being the failures of White Star Line who manufacture the ship starting in 1909. The second being the crew of the ship that had some very serve flaws in the plan of action leading up to the disaster. Lastly the passengers who had enough time to prepare before the
he Hindenburg was the biggest air ship ever made in the world at its time. The Hindenburg was made to take passengers across the Atlantic ocean in about three days. The survival rate for humans aboard the ship was 60%. It was bigger than the titanic it was 803.3 feet long. The ship was filled with helium until the United States made a rule that the ship could no longer be able to be filled with helium it was to be filled with hydrogen. That’s when things went downhill.
The hindenburg was a massive 804 feet blimp the largest of it time (1937). On it’s last flight over the Lakehurst, in New Jersey, it was leaking more water than usually then suddenly it burst into flames. The hindenburg was a German/American engineered ship that would travel back through Germany then to America
The Hindenburg was a beautiful zeppelin made by the Germans. It was luxury like no other airship ever had. Everyone was so excited to ride in it. The Hindenburg had first class rooms and even a special piano that was specially designed for it. The luxurious ship also had a room to smoke. What a shame that it ended so badly.
The Hindenburg crash was the first disaster caught on film. It looked like a flaming torpedo falling out of the sky. It was a terrible site to see if you look at the film. The disaster was caused by man. The crash had lots of mysteries that you will find in the other paragraph.
The iceberg had cruelly gouged a two hundred foot rupture along the great ship's side. Five of the ship's water compartments were open and filled with water. The Titanic broke in half as the front
The Hindenburg was an amazing zeppelin built by the Germans. Known for its leisure traveling across the Atlantic Ocean and being the symbol of an amazing engineering by the Germans. Sadly, a catastrophic disaster strike the magnificent airship that shock many people who witness the unfortunate, but horrifying dramatic event. Afterwards, resulting many questioning the cause of the terrible disaster. The crash of the Hindenburg that happen in 1937 was a disaster that caused shock and despair around the world.
The Titanic may be one of the most famous and well known shipwrecks of our time. Just about everyone learns of the tragedy in school and how it was a complete accident. Information has been found that point to the tragedy not being what we think it is. There is evidence that shows that the ship thought to be the Titanic may actually be named the Olympic, and may have been used in an insurance scam. This evidence includes pictures showing different amounts of port holes and even people working on the ship coming forward. It has yet to be proven if this is 100% true, but most would agree that all of this points to it being true.
