Hi Herbert, I agree with you, that the legal side of hiring and retaining employee is very complex and there should be some form of discussion between the small business owner, the HR manager and may be the need for a legal counselor of some kind. But, I think there should some form of research done before this happen to understand the job market such as a gap analysis, job forecast and work analysis to begin collecting data as part of environmental scanning.

ICM met with Mr. Hurley at New Start one located at 3653 N. 15th street t to assess Mr. Hurley’s needs and to complete paperwork for his activation. Mr. Hurley is a 41 year old Caucasian male who self- reports using Heroin since the age of 25. Mr. Hurley denied a history of other substance use; however, his referral noted a history of Cocaine and Marijuana use. Mr. Hurley is currently residing at New Start 1 and has been there for approximately two weeks. He stepped down from a level 3B care at Miracles in Progress. Mr. Hurley shared with ICM that his longest period of abstinence was for 8 years, but he could not recall details of his sobriety. During, this encounter Mr. Hurley was very talkative and engaged well with ICM. Mr. Hurley stated that he was hospitalized in the past on multiple occasions
Olaf Dietrich, a young Australian male arrested at the Melbourne airport as he flown in from Thailand on the 17th of December 1986. He was convicted on three counts two of which were cleared, however was found guilty over the importation of 70 grams of heroin hidden in condoms that were consumed by Dietrich and found within his body. His case did not only consist of the charges pressed against him but also the unfair trial of which he argued against. Dietrich was left feeling as if the justice system had failed him and went against everything they stood for. After multiple claims to the legal aid commission Dietrich was only offered a legal representative if he agreed to plead guilty. He had also reached out to the Supreme Court for assistance but was still denied as he had failed to make an application within the obligatory time. He argued and took the case further and appealed to the high court over being forced to represent himself and failing to receive a fair trial as he was unable to afford assistance from a legal representative. On the morning of February 28th 2016, Banquet Server Robert Drew Kirkland came to security office with Banquet Captain Jamie Kudalis. In regards to Mr. Drew having an accident, Mr. Drew was opening an Hennessey bottle when he was noticed a sharp pain in his right index finger. When notice it began to bleed Mr. Drew attended to the injury himself with paper towel to stop the bleeding, before coming to security and advising Security Officer Lead Daryl Harley. SOL Harley addressed the situation by cleaning the affected area and providing a bandage.
Plaintiff Brian Martin attended a high school graduation party hosted by Defendant Lee Martin. The majority of guests were between the ages of seventeen and twenty. There were two kegs of beer available at the party, as well as other alcohol provided by the guests. One guest, Matthew Marciano, had a history with Mr. Martin. During the party, a fight ensued between Marciano and the plaintiff’s friends. Marciano left the property, but later returned with Chijoke Okere, who was carrying a baseball bat. Okere struck Mr. Martin on the head. The defendant went inside her house and locked the door, refusing entry to those who were trying to help the plaintiff. Mr. Martin suffered considerable brain damage from the injury.
During our negotiation with D.G. Barnhouse (DGB), we intend to utilize an integrative bargaining strategy with management. Before coming to this conclusion, we weighed the advantages and disadvantages of a distributive approach, however, we eventually decided to take an integrative and predominantly interest based stance versus a position based stance in our negotiations after assessing internal and external environmental factors. In addition, we settled on this strategy because we ultimately believe that management and the union share at the very least, one fundamental common interest, which is the firm’s financial stability. Analysis: Michael Hardwick was observed by a Georgia police officer while engaging in the act of consensual homosexual sodomy with another adult in the bedroom of his home. After being charged with violating a Georgia statute that criminalized sodomy, Hardwick challenged the statute's constitutionality in Federal District Court. During this quarter, Reggie experienced crisis with his prescribed psychiatric medications. Reggie self-disclosed to the MHSS provider that he has been taking both his AM and PM medication all at once. The reason why he did that was mainly because he was afraid he might not remember to take either of his medications. The staff explained to Reggie the side effect and the consequences of taking both medications at once that he could potential face while overdosing.
The movie High Noon written by Carl Foreman and the short story “The Most Dangerous Game” by Rich Connell are both really good stories that contain a fairly different plot, but they also have some similarities. High Noon is about Will Kane, who is a Marshal in a town called Hadleyville. He is a brave character that doesn’t stand down. He recently got married to a Quaker, but conflict appears when Frank Miller, who is the man Kane sent to jail, is coming back to town. Also he has trouble swearing in deputies and has to fight Frank and his gang alone.

Mark Harbin is a 27 year old male, who is presently detained in the Cook County Jail, awaiting sentencing after being charged with first degree murder. He shot a man named Gentille Williams during an armed robbery on November 30th 2013. His 27 years of life have been far from ideal and contain elements that have terrorized him throughout his lifetime. Moreover, he has faced malignant events that no human should have to battle in their life. This report will present glaring evidence that he is a victim of a vicious environment that has morphed him into the person that he is today.

Also assessing the patient requires looking beyond the psychosocial factors that may be impacting the patient’s functioning. For instance with Huntington’s disease, psychiatric issues can be directly related to the illness. Working closely with the patient’s Psychiatrist is an essential aspect of assessment and treatment when with Huntington’s patients. Moreover, monitoring the patient’s adherence to their medical treatment is often a priority as well. With the complex clinical aspects of the patient’s care to consider, it is vital that to focus on learning information directly from my clients and tailoring treatment with this information in mind. These factors provide me with more proof that focusing on each patient and their specific treatment needs must be developed within an effective therapeutic relationship in which the patient and their family unit feels like they are driving in the process.
