A hero has many definitions from a Mythological or legendary figure often of divine descent endowed with great strength or ability, an illustrious warrior, and many other definitions. What makes a hero and how does one remain loyal to those he trusts around him?

Growing up I’ve read books that were bigger than me, like mythological books because it had adventures and heroic people that would risk their lives for another. The Iliad, The Odyssey and The Harry Potter series were always my favorite and no matter how many times I read them, I find new things I missed and record the heroic deeds

Achilles friend Patroclus died to the hands of Hector, the Trojan prince because he wanted to go in battle and put on Achilles armored to go fight and show that he was worthy enough to fight for him. This man was loyal enough to put on his friend’s armor and go out and die in battle. Achilles remained so loyal to his friend Patroclus that he went to avenge his death by Killing Prince Hector (Homer). In Margalit Finkelberg article about "Odysseus and the genus 'hero.'." He talks about the loyalty displayed between Achilles and Odysseus in the Iliad. He discusses the different terms of how Odysseus could've been a hero but lacked the diplomacy and not risking his life on the battlefield (Finkelberg). Lord Voldemort's followers did his biddings so that they could protect themselves, many shared his Dictatorship ideals and formed it to following him blindingly. The professor McGonagall who had part of Voldemort attached to his head remained secret and loyal to his master all for the sorcerer's stone so he could be reborn fully.
