Heart is the most important muscle in human body; it allows us to stay alive, and if it stops that mean death. The job of the heart is very simple, its pumps blood through entire body. The heart is located in the chest and it is the size of human fist. These days many people suffer from heart disease. The heart problems are conditions that affect the structure and the functions of the heart. This disease cannot be ignored, because heart disease known as the first kill for both gender at different ages. People have to understand the heart disease, first need to know the different types of this disease, the symptoms, the risk factors, the treatment, and the prevention.
Types of Heart Disease
First let talk about the types of heart diseases, there is more than one type of heart disease. And be sure to eat food that has high fiber, because it prevents high cholesterol. Be sure to eat food that has lower salt to keep blood pressure normal, also eat food that has lower sugar to prevent for diabetes. On other hand, people have to exercise regularly, at least for thirty minutes a day. Because exercising regularly can help to, “lower blood pressure, help control weight, and increase HDL (good) cholesterol. In addition, it may “keep the blood vessels more flexible” (Ford-Martin, P., 2015). Exercising can help the heart pump blood to the body; also maintain healthy weight, because controlling healthy weight can avoid people from heart disease, LDL and HDL cholesterol, and other
