Edwin, because your disability during the month of December, you were not able to accumulate anough work for this period, you did not accumulate any rework numbers. However part of the quality section of your monthly coaching form is your full house compliance and hope your whole house in range. Currently for the month of February your score 96.9% in whole house complaints in 100% in whole house in range. Your two new yearly averages are 93.4 and 98.7% respectively. currently you are falling below on whole house compliance. Although these two percentages are difficult to accomplish, you are within a very close range to meeting both goals. I have the confidence, that you will reach the necessary goals by the end of this year.

You guys should accept me for staff because I possess lots of maturity for my age, and I am very dedicated and I want to help clear out the cheaters because I know staff have lots of problems they have to deal with and people expect a lot out of staff. And another reason is I love the feelings of catching a cheater in the act and banning them to help other people. I want to improve the server for the better. I will do this job with pride and I am capable of doing tough work and can get the job done quick and efficiently. I will definitely be helping out all around the server with numerous problems and issues. I will not focus on just monitoring the behavior and cheaters I will also spend my time helping out people with questions. I can help you out with things that you are slacking on, or do not have time for. I also know how to keep people under control when they are stressed. I always tell the truth which does fit my "maturity" personality below. I am indeed calm and mature in situations with players who seem angry. Have you been staff on any other server?: Yes, I have been staff on servers such as Minestrap and some smaller servers, details will be below.

I attended the whole project meeting with our clients where we discussed the progress yesterday.

From what I saw when I went to Oakcrest in 2013, the kitchen is very organized, and it keeps itself clean. As a potential Kitchen Duty Specialist, I will do my best to better its environment by working well with other staff members, doing all of my assigned jobs effectively, and smiling while doing it. I do not mind being on my feet most of the day, and I will do whatever task is assigned to me, I do not get tired of repetition.

I do not mess around and makes jokes in a big problem. I do not loose my temper at all. I am a very loyal and trustworthy person. I do not swear that much I really don't say "Easy" "L" such things like that. I am very experienced on screen sharing I know where to check. I am very patient I do not get angry or I do not rush players/staff. Also, as previously mentioned, I have a few experiences with server moderation. I believe this gives me the edge over a few other applicants as I have got the experience required to just dive in. I love the server and the players on here and I really enjoy the server. I feel like I am the guy to make the server a good experience I feel like I am very mature for my age and I take my job seriously and I make sure it is done.I would never make a server look bad by hacking on other servers or spamming faithfulhcf.com in other HCF chats. I would be watching players as much as I can so that I can find hackers fast and easy. I want to make sure the chat is toxic and spam free so that players can have the best HCF experience ever on the FaithFulHCF network. I want to show how good the server is by making sure my fellow staff members/friends are ok and don't have anything wrong with being staff. If I were to be either demoted or if I resign I will not throw hate to the server/ tell people that the server is bad. I want to get to know the players and possibly make some new friends. If I see a job that is not taken care of I will do it even if it takes me 2 hours or even 5 hours I will make sure it is done one-hundred percent of the way. My grandmother retired at the age of 65. She was the type of worker that never called off for anything. She would go into work at Graphic Packaging everyday, even if she was sick. In October of 2014, she was diagnosed with lung cancer. The doctors said that it was caught early and that it could be treated. So she went through sessions of radiation and chemotherapy. 2 years later in May, and lots of treatments later, she was in remission and I applied for a job at Tractor Supply. I went here with my grandmother all the time, so this had been my dream job forever. She was so proud of me for applying for my first job at a place that I had a passion for. I went in for an interview and the manager told me that they would contact me sometime within the next week letting me know what they had decided.
