Hannah Baker In The Book 13 Reasons Why

Hannah Mickey is a student and athlete at Rolling Meadows High School, and I have had the privilege to work with her the last four years. As the varsity basketball coach, I have had the opportunity to watch Hannah flourish in all aspects of her high school career. I would highly recommend Hannah for admittance to the University of Wisconsin-Madison

When I first met Hannah, she blew me away with her creativity, musical talent, and kindness. However, none of these things were the first thing she taught me. That would have to be my firm belief in patience. I’m the person who dreads standing in line, dealing with other people, and even handling myself. You could say that I am impatient, I prefer the term driven. Hannah is the total opposite. While I highly doubt anyone is likes waiting in lines, she is willing to pick up her phone to help anyone at any time and has so much patience for herself. Hannah remains a wonderful role model to her peers in all of her work ethic, kindheartedness, and her spiritual life. No one would be able to find one cruel bone in her body. Eighth reason is because of Ryan. Ryan was a guy in school who found lost items and put pictures of them through the halls to show people what other people lose. Hannah showed Ryan one of her poems and he had put it in his pictures around their school. One teacher in the school discussed what the poem was about and other people uttered discourteous comments on it. This made Hannah depressed and she started to despise everyone around

Clay Jensen is the main character in Jay Asher's mysterious novel Thirteen R3asons Why. Clay is the narrator of the disturbing tale of a high school sophomore, Hannah Baker's unorthodox suicide. Hanna recorded thirteen tapes, all directed towards different people explaining why they were responsible for her suicide. Because Clay has always been in love with Hannah, hearing her voice on tapes she had recorded before she committed suicide was a hard pill for him to swallow.

Hannah Hardiman is a friend of many. She stays involved with her community and enjoys the the company of others. She is a talented soccer player and was a captain of Fairfax girls junior varsity team last year. She is always very bubbly and tries to look on the positive side of life. Her comfortable style shows that she is pretty relaxed and approachable. She doesn’t like talking about herself which shows that she’s a humble person who cares more about others than herself. Despite her conflict with everyone else, she is constantly reminded about her conflict with herself and her own emotions which are something she struggles with through the book as ‘’[she] wish[es] [she]

"Girls" is a TV showed based on four best friends living in New York, and the daily struggles of being a young adult. The main character of the show is Hannah Horvath who is narcissist, and she suffers from a compulsive disorder. Throughout the four season of the show her life has some high and lows, but the second she is a her lowest point her OCD starts to really beginning to flare up.

I believe that Hanna Baker was powerless because the last couple of months while she was still alive she had no one to count on anymore. No one, not one person. Not even her parents and that is just completely heartbreaking. All she wanted was someone to pay attention to her, to actually care for her but nobody cared. The first topic we discussed was her family life. When i interviewed Hannah she had shared that she is sixteen years of age, born on April,26th 1999 in Grand Junction,Colorado. Next, she shared in the interview that she moved to Greensburg.Pennsylvania three years ago ,before that she lived in Rangely, Colorado. One reason teens should read 13 reasons why is because it teaches people that words someone says can actually hurt people. Words truly do hurt, and at this moment Hannah Baker is standing in a store named Blue Spot. Hannah is about to experience that very situation of how words can hurt. In the past decades Suicide was a taboo topic to talk about especially in a movie or show. In the last decade suicide has become a less taboo topic. Especially this year after the show “13 Reasons Why” was released. The show is about a girl named Hannah who committed suicide and left tapes for each person who had a hand to play in her suicide.
