The main causes of global warming are due to increase in greenhouse gases, carbon dioxide and methane primarily, in the upper atmosphere directly, caused by human burning fossils fuel,
industrial farming and deforestation activities. Resulting in increase in earth temperature, sea-
level, shrinking ice sheets, glacier retreat so on. The evidence that support the human cause is
plentiful and powerful, but few can support for the issue that global warming is a natural part of
the Earth’s climatic change. Global warming is caused by human activities by burning fossils,
using automobiles, revolution industries which cases to increase in carbon emission.
Some people do support this issue. Like john Christy, director of the earth

imbalances continue to rise, one day this will pose a question mark on the existence of this
planet. Carbon dioxide which is an important constituent of environment is causing a warming
affects on Earth.
The carbon dioxide is expected to rise in future due to ongoing burning of fossils fuels and land
use change. The rate of rise will depend largely on uncertain economic sociological,
technological and natural development. Other gases such as methane, CFCs, nitrous oxide,
troposphere zone are also responsible for global warming, increase in all these gases are due to
explosive population growth, increase industrial expansion, technological advancement,
deforestation and growing of urbanization.
There is close relationship between global warming and population growth. Today large numbers
of population on earth are using technological which are destructive for the earth.
Approximately, 80% of atmospheric carbon dioxide increases are due to human’s use of fossils
fuels either in the form of coal, gas or oil. If large portion of carbon emission is attributed to the
burning gasoline in internal combustion engine of the vehicles, Vehicle with the poor gas
mileage contribute the mainly to global warming. This gas is also emitted from the burning of
fossils fuels. So it increases in glob l temperature which led to increase in sea level.
The greenhouse effect, warming that occurs whenever the atmosphere traps heat from Earth towards space, is the main cause of global warming (NASA, 2016). Gases such as water vapor, nitrous oxide, carbon dioxide, and methane do not respond chemically to drastic changes in temperature, force climate change. One of the reasons for this is because of the deforestation of land for agriculture or industrial needs has increased concentration of green house gases.
change, Fossil Fuels have without a doubt been at the top of the list. A Fossil Fuel is a natural fuel such as coal or gas, formed in the geological past from the remains of living organisms. Many scientists agree that the “greenhouse effect,” otherwise known as fossil fuels,
More than half of the increase in carbon dioxide in the past 100 years is because of human activity. (Burning fossil fuels) In 2010, carbon dioxide levels were higher than they have been in over 650,000 years. The CO2 levels are the cause for the increase of the Earth’s temperature. Greenhouse gases produced by humans will continue to cause climate change in the atmosphere because carbon sinks cannot absorb all of them. Carbon sinks, in 2009, were only absorbing about half of the human produced greenhouse gases, while the other half remained in the atmosphere. According to computer models, increased levels of human produced greenhouse gases will cause global warming and other climate changes. Although the models are not certain of how much warming will occur/how the climate will be affected, they all
Global Warming has been a big issue that has effects on the environment, people, and the world, and if not stopped now, the results could be catastrophic. The main cause of climate change is likely to be the result of too much carbon dioxide (CO2) in the atmosphere. CO2 creates a blanket which traps heat. Burning fossil fuels for energy, such as coal, oil, and natural gas release CO2 which impacts the atmosphere heavily. Waste management and agricultural practices also produce gases that contribute to climate change, such as methane. There are many contributing factors to climate change.
combustion of fossil fuel which releases CO2 . Over the last hundred years, Global warming has
2. Transportation: We also burn these fossil fuels to power our modes of transportation, like cars, trucks, ships, trains and planes, that contribute to 27 percent of greenhouse gas emissions.
The burning of fossil fuels such as coal and oil, and deforestation over the last 200 years has caused the concentrations of heat-trapping "greenhouse gases" to increase significantly in our atmosphere. These gases prevent heat from escaping to space. Greenhouse gases are necessary in our lives as they help in keeping the planet 's surface warmer than it would otherwise be. But, as the concentrations of these gases continue to increase in the atmosphere, the Earth 's temperature is climbing above past levels (USEPA, 2014).
The next major gas is carbon dioxide. “Small amounts of carbon dioxide in the air helps keep heat in the Earth in the vital process of the Greenhouse Effect. As car exhausts and industries continue to shoot carbon dioxide in the air, the amount of carbon dioxide will increase. This causes more heat to be kept, increasing the Earth’s temperature”(What Is The Greenhouse Effect).
Global warming is caused due to the presence of the gasses in the atmosphere, mainly carbon dioxide, methane, chlorofluorocarbons and nitrogen oxide
When fossil fuels such as coal and oil are burned to produce power for cities, factories, cars and to heat homes, large amounts of polluting gases are produced.
Secondly, together with deforestation of the planet, the burning of fossil fuels is contributing to a measurable increase in the concentration of carbon dioxide in
The increase in CO2 in our atmosphere represents about half of the emissions from fossil fuels and changes in tropical land use.
Another cause of global warming is greenhouse gases. Greenhouse gases are carbon monoxide and sulphur dioxide it trap the solar heats rays and prevent it from escaping from the surface of the earth. This has cause the temperature of the earth increase.
Low carbon fuel standards are rapidly becoming an part of the national debate over how to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. Transport system plays a vital role in the increased greenhouse gases. Increase in number of vehicles has increased the carbon emission rapidly. A pie chart gives you the information about the total amount of CO2 emission by different sector in 2010. Electricity, heat generation and transport system are the three major systems accounted for 63% of total CO2 emission during the year 2010 (I E A Statistics, 2012).
“The glaciers are melting and the Arctic sea is disappearing but this doesn’t mean that it is caused by humans (S. Fred Singer).” This only shows that Earth is warming but does not tell whether humans are causing it or not. Earth could just potentially be on one of its warming cycles without any assistance from humans at all. The earth has seen many of these cycles and will continue to go through them as long as the earth is still present. If it was on one
