Global warming has been affecting the Earth temperature for many years, caused mainly by greenhouse gases emissions from burning fuel that is used for generating power, operating vehicles, running factories and other industrial activities, all of which are human-caused and controlled, however one cannot simply live without. All of this has endangered the environment, including a tremendous rise in Earth temperature, many species becoming extinct, arctic ice melting on a rapid pace, sea levels rising dramatically, endangering people living in coastal areas, and causing many respiratory diseases to people. The entire world is seriously paying attention to these facts and investigating methods to mitigate the dangers of global warming. The foremost drawback of global warming is the influence it imposes on the temperature, the amount of rainfall and snow, and river flow. Cities and villages, and country-side agricultural areas around the world that are solely dependent on water resources for their daily work life, will face unusual unbalance of water resources availability, and similarly in dry areas where they require water supplies from wetlands, those dry regions may face the danger of lacking sufficient capital for their needs. A study in Great Britain shows that the amount rainfall within the next forty years may increase dramatically, during the wettest conditions, and decrease more than 15% in dry conditions or regions.
