An individual's morals are usually depicted through the values that one uses to dictate their behavior when it comes to different situations. Business ethics, in particular, is formatted in a way that applies ethics to resolve issues within the business environment. Throughout the reading of "Giving Voice to Value" by, Mary C. Gentile, it has helped me realized some values that I have and how I would want to commit those to the business world. Being socially responsible for my values incorporates the act of voicing my own values, therefore I would like to be considered a motivator within my line of work while also achieving that signature respect from colleagues. Especially by being given the case regarding Tina's questionable action of ethics, I would like to pursue this by maintaining my own morals while in the business world. By being socially responsible in situations such as these, voicing my values is my way of maintaing one of my morals of being respected. Having respect for and from coworkers in the work place is a significant attribute to consider when working in teams.
