She grew up in a town that people were Union supporters. Her family had strong Southern roots and were supported the Confederates. Belle was a strong willed, high spritted, and a quick witted person. She was educated at The Mounted Female College. Before she was a spy she lived a charmed life as a debutante in Washington DC. When the war began Union troops stayed in her family's home. Dr. Angela Anderson is a companion animal veterinarian and the owner of Heather Ridge Pet Hospital in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. She has always loved animals and had a passion for science which influenced her to become a veterinarian. She researched veterinary science at the University of South Dakota and practiced veterinary medicine at the Iowa State University College of Veterinary Medicine and graduated in 1999. Merisa, Dr. Anderson’s veterinary technician, has also always been compelled to her job since she was a little girl. Merisa graduated from Globe University and started her career at the Heather Ridge Pet Hospital after her internship with them ended in 2012.

Carrie P. Meek born in tallahassee florida during the year 1926. Meek is an American politician from the U.S. state of Florida. She served in the United States House of Representatives from 1993 to 2003, she represented our congresses 17th district. She was a history maker in the running. She used to say, “Service is the price you pay for the space which God has let you occupy”.

John Geoghan was a Roman Catholic priest who was found guilty of a sexual offense, as well as accused of many accounts of rape. Geoghan was caught in the act many times before he was ever charged with rape or sexual assault. However, instead of being held accountable or being put on trial, he would simply be relocated. Geoghan was even caught by other priests bringing young boys into his bedroom. He denied the accusations of his peers at first, but later admitted to the molestation of four boys (“Who is John Geoghan?” n.d.).

Mary Church Terrell was born to her parents Robert Reed Church and Louisa Ayers on September 23, 1863 in Memphis, Tennessee. Mary Church Terrell was known for many things, such as being the first African American woman to obtain a college degree, her advocacy for civil rights, and her book titled, “A Colored Woman in a White World.”

Future: Savannah Florio has wants to be a veterinarian. She is dedicated to her work, is good with animals, and wants to become a great college aplicante. Right after college she wants to go straight to being a vet.

Carrie Amelia Moore thought that drinking caused most of the problems in the world. She was against alcohol and she started trying to get it to be banned. Carrie is known for carrying a hatchet with her that helped her smashed public places. She kept thinking that god wanted her to travel around and get people to see the way she saw the problems of alcohol. She did speeches, used violence, and she was a member of the Women’s Christian Temperance Union who was known most from all of the other people who were in there..

Marie Daly is a famous biochemist who had to overcome dual hurdles of racial and gender bias to peruse her lifelong love of chemistry. Marie had to undergo judgment from her being a woman and trying to become a scientist, which was a male dominated occupation and also had to endure racism because she was an African American. Marie made many scientific discoveries that we are lucky to have today.
