Some rappers start from the bottom, they start from nothing, then they work their way up to be prosperous. They bring new style of rap to the world, telling stories about their struggle in their lyrics, but the more famous they get, the more they start to modify. Rap and hip-hop music, as we know it today, actually began thousands of years ago in Africa. You would be astonished with how rap music has evolved over the last couple of years. Rap is supposed to tell a story about struggle or hard times, not attacking someone who likes a different color than you do. First let’s talk about rap and its actual meaning. I too believe that your ideas of the continuous change of atmospheres and lack of moral values play a major role in the “gang world.” For example I know many people personally who do not have any moral values, does not care about anything, and has no goals in life, so they commit all if not most of their time and dedication to their gang. Also atmospheres are constantly changing and gangs are always migrating to new areas, which often leads to new recruitments.
