Rene Caisse (pronounced "reen case") was a Canadian nurse that discovered a natural herbal formula, but did not take any money for her discovery. The herb she promoted is called Essiac. which is her last name backwards. She made a tea from the Essiac. Essiac is made of four main herbs that grow in the wilderness of Ontario, Canada. The original formula is believed to have its roots from the native Canadian Ojibway Indians.

The three elements that I will be looking at are Krypton, Arsenic, and Potassium. These elements are all very different but share some similarities even with their separate placement on the periodic table. I chose these elements because they are the most different of the six elements that I chose to do this project on. Arsenic is the first element we will be looking at. How can dissimilar people, young and old, male and female, have diverse backgrounds, unlike goals, and still in some means can find the need to depend on one another? It is bizarre how the human being can need someone, even if it is an outsider, people can learn from one another, in all aspects. Some people have the trait to learn from other people, but, it is known that some people will not accept any type of support from anyone. Hence, don’t always be so hasty to think that someone is trying to tell you what to do, because, that bit of assistance that you disregard might be the one that helps you.

Saint Francis was one of the most selfless people to live. Francis gave up his rich and lavish life style to live as Jesus Christ did. There are many qualities that Saint Francis possessed that I can connect to a few people I know, but the few that I am going to be relating to my life would be his generosity, how prayerful he was and his humbleness. I believe that two of my close friends possess qualities that make them like Francis.
