Football Team In High School

Currently, I aspire to go to a top university, to study Sports management and Sociology. I want to take these degrees and go to Law school to become a brilliant, black, female, Sports and Entertainment Lawyer; eventually branching out into my own firm. I work hard every day, in and out of school, to one day live these dreams. Overall, I just want to be contented with my life in the future and not realize that I am miserable and that I have wasted my life. In the near future, I also aspire to do well in all four years of high school. This also applies to college. Another goal for the future that I have is to get a scholarship for college because of the fact that I want to go to college, but I don't want to drown in college debt.

My goals I want to accomplish by the time I finish high school are to find the good friends early on and finish at the top of my class, but the most important one is to get recruited to play college volleyball. I want to find those friends early on so that my high school experience will be a lot easier with friends that support me on my side. My College and Career goals include graduating college and getting a job. I wish to attend the University of Alabama. I plan to major in occupational therapy or speech therapy. After I graduate with my bachelor's degree I wish to get my master's degree. After I finish my schooling I want to receive a job that allows me to provide for my family. Are high school sports good for kids? Many people believe that athletic sports are good, but they ignore the fatal flaws of these activities. Youth and high school sports are harmful because athletes often get too caught up in winning and get hurt frequently, physical sports also take away from other extracurricular activities.

My experiences with my high school’s football team had begun some four years earlier, as an eighth grader. Highschool football was everything to me. I've taken many sacrifices such as quitting my job; picking up unnecessary classes, and focusing on football it's self instead of other important responsibilities. These three things set me back, regrettably I became an athlete instead of a student athlete. With no desire to do anything else in life I always wondered when this is over what's next?

When someone mentions Phoebus High School of Hampton, Virginia, it is usually combined with another topic, football. The high school is more often known for having one of the most successful football programs in the state of Virginia. Virginia High School League name Phoebus as the #1 football program of this century. Since 2001 Phoebus has won 7 state football championships with the later four coming in back to back. Little boys dreamed of playing football for Phoebus and parents had strategic plans on how to ensure their sons would play for Phoebus.
