Food Truck Essay My food truck is called Mishas Muffins, It is based on the book Milkweed. The main character's name is Misha Pilsudski. He is a hard-working young man who would do anything for other people. He did not know much growing up because he did not have a home or a family, but he still managed to steal, that was his only skill. Until he met some people he could call family. Misha has so many great skills and qualities, that's why I named the food truck after him. My staff has a lot of meaning behind it. Misha for example, Misha owns this truck and he is very proud of it. He considers it his biggest accomplishment. He is a very hard worker and will go out of his way to fetch supplies because he has a lot of practice doing it. When he …show more content…
His first life was basically nothing, he had nothing, he was living on the streets, he didn't even know how old he was when he got asked the question. His second life was living with the Milgoms when they adopted him. He never had a family or a story to tell about his life. A quote that really stuck out to me was, “When you own nothing, it's easy to let things go”. This means a lot to me because he is right, if you don't have anything to love then it can't hurt to let it go. His third life would be running away from the ghetto with Janina. They were running away because their ghetto was next to be deported to the concentration camps. Mr. Milgrom did not want the kids to be in danger, so he had them run away and never come back. When they were running away, Janina left Misha's side to go look at the train car because she is fascinated by them. But when Misha realised she was gone it was too late he couldn't see her anymore. He let her go. He realised he had something like the quote said. He felt remorse and so much guilt when he couldn't find her, but at least he knew he had something because it was hard to let her
In school he had a hard time because of his severe dyslexia, which wasn't diagnosed at the time. His teachers told him that he would never go to collage or have a good job. He liked to create art, it was one of his talents. Then tragedy struck, his father died when was only 11 years old. His father was a big impact on his life, he looked up to him.
While explaining emotional topics, he would use dramatic emotion. One way he did this was by sharing personal stories that connected with the audience on an emotional level. By tapping into their emotions, he could inspire empathy, compassion, and a sense of unity for the audience. Another way he did this was by stating, “The test of our progress is not whether we add more to the abundance of those who have much; it is whether we provide enough for those who have too little.” This quote helps show us compassion and empathy and reminds us that it is important to help those in need.
"She had returned because she felt she could save her soul. She had gone home because she was frightened of the future and felt sure a natural order could yet be resumed. He had no choice but to continue with what he had begun.
While he ran, his thoughts involuntarily turned to the first time he'd kissed her. No, not the first time (the memory was too overcome by guilt to be anywhere near pleasant), but after the deed was done, when he had finally seen her face for the in the light of sobriety, and she was breath-taking.
He blames himself for her leaving, he always prayed at night for her to come back.
What touched me most is his unselfish love to wild animals. Not only to bears but also to other animals. These animals became the most important part in his life. He smiled because of bears. He cried because of bears. He spent 13 years to live with bears without any measures to protect himself. They are bears. That can kill and tear him into pieces! He said to his friends if he dead someday, that is the way he wanted. However, he still choose to love them, protect them and fight for them. He loved bears with his life and he and his girlfriend died because of those bears in the end.
She had told herself all of the reasons she believes he left. This is why we need to protect our self esteem, we continue to tell ourselves that we are not pretty or that we will never be loved and we will start believing it. In Winches words, this is a problem because of our “poor emotional hygiene.” When our self-esteem is lower things like stress, anxiety, failures, and rejection hut more than when we have a higher self esteem. Winch gave a solution to this problem: “When you’re in emotional pain, treat yourself with the same compassion you would expect from a truly good
Her mind was stuck on that event and could not move past it. This led to some of the choices she makes and ultimately, the removal for her freedom to find
But the worst part was that she had betrayed him, had used him, when he had trusted her in the end. And he'd paid for it, subjected to a severe interrogation to determine if he was still loyal as well. But he doubted that she cared, not with how she had made her escape from their base. It made him wonder if she had ever cared at all, or if their friendship was just a part of the act, to further her deception and make getting in that much easier.

She escaped the pain of her current location, and she moved on to another. She eventually returned to the place where she was once condemned. These actions showed how truly stoic she was. She knew she could handle whatever painful memories the journey brought back. After returning, she was finally
When he finds her, he is so fixated on her that he feels this might lead somewhere because she continues to kiss him, hold hands and sleeps with him;
His agony waiting for her to come back to see her again is proven in his explicit desire to escape inertia, cry with her, and
I also love his work, especially the poem, "Mother to Son." It talks about mother letting her son know that life for her wasn’t easy. She doesn’t want him to think that life for him is going to be easy, so don’t expect it to be. My favorite part in the poem is, "I’se been a-climbin’ on, And reachin’ landin’s, And turnin’ corners, And sometimes goin’ in the dark Where there ain’t been no light. So boy, don’t you turn back. Don’t you set down on the steps ’Cause Don’t you fall now— For I’se still goin’, honey, I’se still climbin’, And life for me ain’t been no crystal stair. you finds it’s kinder hard," Academy of American Poets
