My Day of First Interview Stress is a pressure that we cannot get rid of in our lives, and it can strengthen or impair our ability. In my opinion, stress can affect us positively in life. It was a pretty significant day for me in 2015. It was my first ever interview in my life, and it took place during my school day which made me more nervous. In that day, I woke up in the morning and eat breakfast as normal. After that, I went to school as usual as I do. As I walked into my class, and I saw people were talking. While I was listening to the teacher’s instruction, my mind was thinking about the upcoming interview. When the teacher asked me question, I did not know what is going on. And then the teacher reminded me to concentrate in class so that I can learn knowledge. I was trying not to think about it, so I decided to focus on the class. I felt that myself do not have energy to study. Whatever, I was able to suffered my class until lunch. During the lunch time, I talked about this stressful event to my friend, and he told me that I just needed to not focusing on this event. There was always a way to deal with everything, and all I needed to do was to stay in present. After he finished talking, I felt a little better than before, but I was still feeling nervous though. In my experience, I talk about my feeling during the interview, and I was feeling so stressful in that time. I was about to give up, but the stress forced me to do it. I am not a confident person, and I usually do not trust myself a lot. This lesson had taught me that I need to trust myself so that I can be successful.
