Fermin is said to have been the son of a Roman of senatorial rank in Pamplona in the 3rd century, who was converted to Christianity by Saint Honestus, a disciple of Saint Saturninus. According to tradition, he was baptised by Saturninus (in Navarra "San Cernin") at the spot now known as the Pocico de San Cernin, the "Small Well of San Cernin", across from the facade of the church dedicated to St Cernin, which is built on the foundations of a pagan temple.[1] Saturninus (in France "Saint Saturnin") was the first bishop of Toulouse, where he was sent during the "consulate of Decius and Gratus" (AD 250). He was martyred (traditionally in 257 AD), significantly by being tied to a bull by his feet and dragged to his death, a martyrdom that is sometimes
The history of Mission San Juan Capistrano is similar to that of two other nearby missions in that it was relocated to the San Antonio area from East Texas in 1731. Its purpose was also similar to that of the other missions, namely to convert Native American groups to Christianity, assimilate them into Spanish society, and promote settlement in the region. In addition to its early history, the mission compound itself was constructed in a form typical of other San Antonio-area missions, including a church and plaza surrounded by a defensive wall formed from stone Indian quarters. The compound included other ancillary structures such as a granary, convent, workshops, and other storage facilities.
St. Juan Diego lived a simple life as a weaver, laborer, and a farmer. Every day, he would walk to daily mass, which was 15 miles from his home. He would rise before dawn to begin his journey to daily mass. One of these days, Juan Diego found out his beloved uncle was sick and dying. He was on his way to see him, when Our Lady stopped him on his path. She told him his uncle had been cured. It was very true. His uncle had indeed been cured.

I was borned in a small village call San Bartolome Quialana located in Southeastern Mexico. It is best known for its indigenous peoples and cultures. Here, in San Bartolome Quialana, women proudly cover their heads with multicolored chews and protect their satin dress with their gauze blouse and bib garments, each made with their own hands. The fabric is reserved for the women who also work in the fields. I mostly grew up with my mother Guadalupe,Smirna and Friedy. My brother being 14 years and my sister 12. Gregory of Tours writes in his History of the Franks that Clovis had a change of heart following the defeat of the Alamanni at the Battle of Tolbiac in 496. Supposedly pagan at the time, the king, overwhelmed in battle, begged his gods for aid. When none came, he believed himself forsaken and turned to the Christian god for guidance. His army bounced back and the battle was won. When he returned home and told his Catholic wife, Clotilda, what had happed, she had the Bishop of Reims help her convince her husband to be baptized, to which he finally agreed. First, however, he sought the approval of his people. They, too, agreed and joyously converted alongside him in mass conversions across Gaul. Gregory of Tours likens Clovis to “another Constantine,” the Roman Emperor who had Christianized his
