Lily Transportation Corp. provides professional services to its clients. It is extremely important that our drivers dress in a manner that reflects Lily's professional image and reputation. Lily Transportation Corp. has instituted a Driver Uniform and Dress Code policy for drivers. The judge rejected this argument, reasoning that the short policy statement did not reference the more detailed confidentiality policy and that the more detailed policy was located in a different section of the handbook which employees had no reason to connect with the shorter and overly broad policy
