I am grateful for Nrs.Nuse. Because she coached basketball, when Ms.Skelly is unavailable. We had a enjoyed the time, and the practice was successful. Another reason I am grateful for her, because she acknowledged my performance at the convention. The acknowledgment makes me feel positive about myself, and boost self-confidence. I am also grateful for Bella. She waited for me almost every day to either go to lunch or to sport. Despite I can be quite slow sometimes, she always waited for me. I am also grateful for her because she helps me study for my French Oral test. The test score is not revealed yet, but I am confident that I did my best. Another reason I am grateful for Bella, is she listens to me and genuinely likes what I tell her. And
“They came into a tough situation. They helped the board and were great assets to the district. This is a small way of thanking them,” said board President Jeremy Kauffman.
I wanted to thank you again for allowing me to be a part of the HBCU Pride Summer Institute. The experience was enjoyable and enlightening. Since this experience, I have seriously questioned my career goals and direction. In fact, I really miss our quarterly self-assessments. They really provided a roadmap for growth. I also love working with Gina. She is awesome. I feel inspired, just as I did with Dr. Gamble, to stretch myself and knowledge base. I want to do more.
It was a pleasure meeting you during my visit to the campus for the position of Assistant/Associate Provost. I want to thank you for taking time to share information regarding the Admissions process for the University. The information you shared was very informative. Again, thank you.
I am writing to commend Ms. Stony Shek for the excellent service that she has been providing to our school.
I am DeQuandra Lyles from Sawyerville, Al and I'm grateful for my family and the scholarship to Neosho Community College. I'm grateful for my family because it has been a rough week for me. I can always count on them they support me and everything I do. Even when I have bad days my family are my motivators. Family would listen to what you have to say and will refuse to give up on you. However, I'm grateful for the scholarship I didn't expect to receive one. The scholarship helped me out a lot I was less stressful. The scholarship paid for my tuition and books so less money came out of my parents pocket.
First off I would like to personally thank you for my financial aid award that I received last year. Both my parents emigrated from Kosovo with no education so I am to pay for college myself; the aid not only gave me peace of mind but paired with scholarships allowed me to go to UCONN for an extremely affordable price. So for that, I thank you. If it wasn’t for the generous financial help of the school I wouldn’t be able to attend UCONN.
Write a short statement of gratitude for a professional role model that you had the opportunity to work with during this clinical rotation.
First of all, I would like to thank you for taking me into consideration as a nominee for the National Honor Society of Coolidge High School
Last week, a girl saved my life. I was about to jump off a building at school after suffering from depression as I had being severely bullied at your school. I'm moving schools on Tuesday but there was one thing I had to do before I moved, give that girl my gratitude. Giving my gratitude to her means to recommend her to your school. Though you may be wondering, why this school? After the incident, I decided to do some background studying on her even though now almost the whole world knows her as she is making news right this minute.
First off, I want to say thank you to my parents for supporting me. Mom, Dad, thank you for being there with me during difficult times. You support and understand me, this gives me the strength to continue fight through the challenges in life. Without you being here today and by my side, I would have given up. Next, I want to thank the administration. You have all contributed to making this school run smoothly but also have allowed us to have a good time. I, as many others, have enjoyed the monthly walks and fundraising activities, the cultural fashion show and the fun and exciting cultural festival with the live steel bad and African drummers. These are some experiences that some students have never been exposed to. Therefore, thank you for bringing new and exciting initiatives to PS/MS124. Mrs. Babb, you are a very loving and an easy person to talk to. You have made so many positive changes to PS124, one of which is allowing us middle schoolers to have student council. I would also like to thank my teachers, for sharing their knowledge. You have taken the time to explain assignments, make class interesting, challenge us beyond our knowledge, and inspire not just me, but all of us. I want to Mr. Heaton for granting me the position of secretary for National Junior Honor Society last year. This was a great opportunity and that allowed me to play a key role in the National Junior Honor
Ithaca, the name of Odysseus’s home, is the namesake of this poem by Constantine Cavafy. Throughout the poem the author discusses the journey of the reader back to Ithaca, but he uses Ithaca as a metaphorical goal rather than a literal location. In the poem Ithaca by Constantine Cavafy, the author uses imagery to relate back to the theme that the journey is more important than the destiny itself. Throughout the Odyssey itself, Odysseus expresses that he wants to return to his homeland, Ithaca, as soon as possible.
I have been lucky to have great mentors, family, and friends in my life and I would like them to know that I appreciate their guidance. I would not have been selected if it were not for their support, so thank
Initially, I would like to express gratitude my supervisor Anup for all his important support and guidance throughout the year. His advice and academic experience was a huge help to me.
From my greatest academic disappointment arose the strength to pursue my career goals. During my senior year of college, I applied to medical school. I initially planned that I would go straight to medical school after undergrad. Luckily, I didn’t get in. Admittedly, it sounds weird to say that I’m fortunate to not meet a milestone in which I put forth much effort towards. But in retrospect, it introduced me to my own inequities, which I had to address before I could even consider myself ready to tackle such feat.
It's calculated that there are about 85 million bike riders in the U.S. over half a million of them wind up in ERs each year. Nearly 70,000 people are hospitalized every year merely because they didn't wear a helmet.
