Throughout American history, white supremacy has created a variety of racial problems with the different racial/religious groups that have come to America. These problems include racial discrimination, racial fear, and racial prejudice against ethnic groups such as African Americans, Middle-Eastern Americans, Asian Americans, and Mexican Americans. A statistic, provided by CNN, states that there are more than 900 hate groups in America; all of these hate groups show hate towards different racial/religious groups. However, no groups show hate towards white supremacy. Furthermore, we often see examples of this through police brutality, through comments made by President Trump, through comments made by the public, often making accusations that …show more content…
Now, one might wonder exactly how this program will operate. The government will run algorithms to identify citizens, 18 years of age and older, who use social media as a tool to hate on different ethnic/religious groups. As well, they will be running criminal record checks to identify any history of hate crimes against different ethnicities/religions. If these citizens are to be found guilty, the Supreme Court will sentence them to involuntarily live with a family of a different ethnic/religious group. This program will become effective as of January 1, 2018. Furthermore, a judge will determine the length of the sentence that individual will be serving. As well, the judge will determine whether the individual will be living with a family in the United States, or whether the individual will be getting flown to a different country (i.e. Mexico, Israel, Syria, etc.). Should the individual refuse to comply with the government, they will, consequently, be summoned to a public lynching. Assuming that the white supremacist agrees to their sentencing (as I would hope to be the case, for his/her life and his/her good …show more content…
However, through research, I have found no real solutions that solve the problem of white supremacy in America. Therefore, nothing is being enforced to put an end to these racists’ ways; only adding to the problem, the President of the United States shows kindness towards white supremacy. While leaders of other countries such as Canada, Britain, France, and many other European countries take these issues to heart and are trying to find unity and peace with these different ethnicities/religions, showing these groups that they are welcome in their countries, America is taking a step back, and disallowing these ethnic/religious groups the right to freedom in America. Maybe America needs to take the hint: it’s time for a change. As we have seen in recent times, encouraging white supremacy will never put an end to this problem, and it will only continue to get worse. My proposal will be effective because its sole purpose is to terminate white supremacy. Many skeptics may argue that this proposal is too harsh because it involves lynching of the white supremacists that refuse to comply with their sentencing. Consider this; was it not too harsh that nearly four thousand African Americans were publicly lynched from 1882-1968? Is it not too harsh that African Americans have been treated horrendously for hundreds of years? I am sure that the idea of lynching will not

Also, white supremacy affects the way African people make decisions, their personalities and also their relationships, and how they relate to each other in their community. One of the best novels that illustrates this white supremacy effect is Toni Morrison’s Song
Have you ever wondered if White Supremacy is influencing the young people of today the wrong thing? Why should White Supremacy in America be abolished? Over more than 200 years, White Supremacy has made an authority on the nation’s history, often through the federal and state laws, and it continues to be a visual element in the American society. White Supremacy was created during the 19th century, during the removal of the Native American tribes in the east of Mississippi to land
Racialization and white supremacy appeared to be a common theme in California during the mid nineteenth century. Primarily natives and Chinese immigrants in California were affected by the presence of white Americans during this time. With the presence of “foreign” groups, white Americans had to establish means of asserting themselves as the dominant group. This usually manifested itself as laws. As a result, the laws passed legitimized the racialization of Indian and Chinese people. In the case

that white people have over minorities; therefore, in this paper I will use the term "white supremacy" as opposed to "racism." In the Constitution, in slavery, and even in our cities today, white supremacy has been prevalent throughout our history. White supremacy and black inferiority are the two main problems that our cites face today; once white supremacy and black inferiority are ended in our country, then the majority of the problems in our cities will cease to exist. don't use it the correct way. For example, a man can go up to a stranger and expression how he feels is a harsh way at them. No one will deny that he was expressing himself. However, his freedom of speech has overweighed. Subsequently, generations have suffered as a result of the terrible incidents and though processed that prevailed during this time period. What is alarming is that many of the horrific incidents that occurring during this period was undocumented. There is no method by which researchers can determine how many aboriginal individuals were murdered as a direct result of the white supremacy crusade. The number, I would venture to say

White supremacy was a major issue in Southern America during the 1950’s, 1960’s and 1970’s. Though not completely focusing on that fact, Timothy Tyson, author of Blood Done Sign My Name, does a elaborately explain the effects and repercussions of White Supremacy. Timothy Tyson was just a young boy during the beginning stages of the Civil Rights Movement of the 50’s and 60’s. Timothy lived with his mother, a schoolteacher, his father, a Methodist minister, one brother, and two sisters in a rural North
Into: White Supremacy and Privilege Denali Meshew N. George Soc321 July 22, 2015 White supremacy is when a person believes that because they are white, that they have supremacy over someone else. This is the standard phrase explaining what white supremacy is and has dominated the mentality of our country for decades. It has been prevalent all over the US.
