Interview: Erica Colon At approximately 11:47 am Investigator Cindy Hercules and I obtained the following statement from NYP employee Erica Colon. The interview took place in the investigation unit. Ms. Colon stated that she had an incident with Flor Pastrana last year in the early spring. The incident took place in a room located on Baker 21 Dental Department. The incident was due to Flor not wanting to take care of a patient by escorting him into the x-ray room. Ms. Colon left the paperwork on the workstation and asked Flor to escort him out while she used the restroom. Flor never replied so Ms. Colon assumed there was no issues since it’s a practice for everyone to help each other out. Upon returning from the restroom Flor lashed out
At 5am Officer Singh called SA Lyn Brumaire who was on duty at Coral Tower because Jordan Horvat was worried a resident of 902, Stephanie Lee, was missing. Upon keying into the room with PSO Tabiri, the resident in questions, Stephanie Lee was found to be missing from her apt. Officer Tabiri then decided to take a statement from SA and resident Macayla Caso. Ms. Horvat was also not present in the room. Ms. Caso was under the assumption that Ms. Horvat had gone home since she was packing earlier in the day and the sheets were stripped off her bed.
On 03-14-16 at approximately 1354 hours, Officer Saunders #7720 and I were dispatched to 1157 N Fair Oaks Avenue for a criminal threats investigation. Officer Torres #8500 also responded to assist with translating Victim Parra’s statement. Dispatch advised that Parra only speaks Spanish.
Anna Garcia died unexpectedly on a hot summer day. The EMT broke down the door and found Anna lying face down on the floor. The case is being investigated. The persons of interest are Alex Garcia, Anna’s former husband; Doug Greene, Anna’s neighbor; Erica Piedmont, Alex’s new wife; and Lucy Leffingwell, Anna’s best friend. The person who is most suspicious of having something to do with Anna’s death is her former husband, Alex Garcia.
Anna Garcia, a 38 year old Hispanic female was found dead in her home. Ms. Garcia was a non-smoker, and she was a former athlete, but was not exercising regularly. She co-owned a bakery with one of her good friends, Lucy Leffingwell. Anna Garcia was diagnosed with Sickle Cell Anemia at 14 months old. When she was 14 years old Anna Garcia was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes. When Ms. Garcia was 37 years old, she checked herself into the hospital after intense chest pains. Her family had a history of early heart disease and uncontrolled hypertension. Ms. Garcia was diagnosed with High Blood Pressure, a slight heart murmur, and an EKG showed an irregular heart rhythm due to the ventricles not contracting correctly. Also at age 37, Ms. Garcia had

Deonarinesingh, Queens South investigation. PO Healy 102nd Precinct PBA delegate was also present. PO Robles stated the following;

On 11-22-17 at approximately 0942 hours, Officer Calcanas responded to Maple Street and Sierra Madre Boulevard regarding a female seen dancing in the street. Officer Calcanas arrived on scene and saw a female Hispanic, later identified as Ynzunza standing in the street. Ynzunza was reportedly swinging a water container at passing vehicles. The vehicles drove around Ynzunza in order to avoid striking her.
On Tuesday, September8, 2015 at approximately 3:00pm NYP employee Kenneth Hill was interviewed in the investigation office along with Human Resources representative Francisco Hungria.
Complainant Dusenberry further stated that Investigator Higgins did not interview Witnesses Marisol Molina, Bernadette Talamantez, or Gibert Acquilar. Instead, Investigator Higgins interviewed “people in Respondent Evers’ inner circle.” Who are Diana Chavez and Denise Boles. Complainant Dusenberry stated that Investigator Higgins interviewed people who would not know how she feels and about her harassment.
Mental health treatment for the child was discussed with Ms. Cardiello. The mother indicated that she has considered mental health treatment for the child however, it is not covered under the insurance.
Myranda Aguilar has been working in health care for 15 years and for the past two years she’s been working as a privacy analyst for Sutter Health located in Sacramento California. As a privacy analyst her duties are protection of patients’ privacy, compliance, and information security. Her responsibilities are to monitor and investigate any suspicious activity by taking a proactive standpoint against hackers, educate hospital staff on how to protect patients’ privacy, and ensure patients safety during their stay in the hospital. Today's teen society has a continually, growing, bully problem. What used to be a quick fix by saying, “sticks and stones may break my bones, but words will never hurt me” is now turning teens into cold hearted killers. Thanks to cellphones, which 78% of teens have, make it easier to target the weak victims without having to do it face to face. How about instead of letting the bully get away, we should handle it with a smack of reality. By that, I mean being sent to jail.
