E-verify is a internet-based system that compares information for employee's Form I-9, Employment Eligibility Verification, to data from U.S. Department of Homeland Security and Social Security Administration records to confirm employment eligibility. Since the company regularly hires people from Mexico as well as from around the world, I believe the e-verify system should be should. U.S law requires companies to employ only individuals who may legally work in the United States. The e-verify system would allow the company to easily filter out undocumented workers from the hiring pool. I think all employers should use the e-verify system because its an easier way to verify employees employment eligibility. Even though companies aren't required
