Chris McCandles was a very unique young man. His morals and general ways of doing things were not mainstream. Almost to the point where he would seem almost crazy in a sense. But in my eyes I see him as an over ambitious and emotionally unstable guy. He would dip in and out of his phases but always tie back to his past family problems. When he killed 4 people and injured 9 people all together. Couch was then indicted with 4 charges of intoxicated manslaughter, but the judge only gave him 10 years of probation. Irrespective of the federal government’s position on marijuana legalization, states have different mandates on marijuana use. As a result, there appears to be some confusion or problems among states. States with different regulations regarding marijuana are bordering other states that do not have any law legalizing cannabis. Law enforcement must secure the borders to ensure that the banned drug is not taken over states’ borders. Thus, the supporters of legalization believe that all states in America should allow some amount of marijuana to end this ongoing problem.
