Human capital is a fundamental labor force. Thus, encouraging greater female participation or reinforcing gender equality in labor markets worldwide will lead to gains in productivity. However, what can be done to create gender equality? A study emphasized the equality of education. When education access to women is equal to men, occupation opportunities and earnings of men and women with similar education and experience are equal. A research in Pakistan and other studies are introduced. Their findings suggest that education plays a vital part in gender equality in labor force. In another word, education can be a path to gender equality in labor markets.
For education to be a path to gender equality, it must benefit woman equally to man.

Tembon and Fort also agree with this ideal. They basically state that education can profit individuals in the labor market by assisting their admission into higher earning occupations and by increasing their earnings within an occupation. So it can promote gender equality in labor market when education access to woman is equal to man (Tembon, et all. Ed 68).

Along with equal employment both men and women should be allowed to achieve profit and wealth from their employment. Women should have access to the means in order to further their education by going to college to advance their knowledge and skills to teach or work. The women also emphasized that both men and women should be entitled to their right to vote for representatives. Women should be not only allowed to but also encouraged to speak at religious assemblies, just as men are. In the same way women are expected to hold themselves to a certain behavioral standard, men should be held to that same standard enabling both men and women to be reprimanded in the same way for any of transgressions.
In order for women to become confident, intelligent and independent, institutions in all fields should not only ensure equal working opportunities for men and women, but should also encourage and support women to fight against gender discrimination.
When men are better educated, they make positive contributions to society by being less involved in criminal activities and more involved with voting and volunteering. Because educated men eventually tend to find adequate jobs, they wind up being content with their life. Mortenson says, “Women are going to pull further and further ahead of men, and at some point, when they want to form families, they are going to look around and say, ‘Where are the guys?’” (Conlin 174). Without gender equality there can be no equal growth. Gender equality benefits not only women, but the entire society as the whole society becomes more productive. “Women now represent more than 40 percent of the global labor force, 43 percent of the agricultural workforce, and more than half of the world’s university students.” A World Bank report shows that although women constitute half of the farmers in six sub-Saharan countries their productivity is less than that of men. If such a massive part of the economy has reduced productivity, it drags the whole economy. Also, lack of diversity in companies, due to reduced gender participation, makes them less able to deal effectively.
