The Industrial Revolution provided greater inventions and renewable resources which quickly spread to other countries. Even though the Industrial Revolution started as a dark and harsh event, it created a vision for a brighter
The Industrial Revolution began in England around the middle of the 18th century. With new technology available and rampant innovation, inventors began to build machines. Machines were a brand new way to push England into the future, but at what cost? It could be argued that machines took place of humans and animals and that they produced more goods that could be used for human consumption, but with mass amounts of coal being burned, fossil fuels quickly replaced wind and water as a source of energy. The Industrial Revolution laid the foundation for a human and environmental transformation that still affects us to this day. One of the most important reasons as to why the Industrial Revolution was intensely successful was their extensive natural resources. Without the natural resources England would more than likely have to steal from other countries or nations in order to get what they wanted. Thankfully, they had everything that they would need in order for their Industrial Revolution to be successful. First, they had water power and coal to fuel the new machines. Without the coal and water powers fueling the new machines, they would have to continue to do everything by hand. The new machines would over time allow them to work twice as fast while

Advancement from tools like the horse for transportation to an ingeniously built machine that can transport most things ludicrously faster at the cost of requiring, essentially, dead dinosaurs to fuel it, has revolutionized the world. These inventions and innovations have created a lot of positive results. Some might argue that the negative externalities created outweigh the positive results; however, a broader outlook of the situation will discard that argument. Advancements of medicine, food, morals, and intellectuality have risen us far past the “apex” title we claimed long ago.
