Ebon continued to mutter every healing spell he knew. First, one to stop the bleeding. Then, he had to cleanse the wound. Finally, he had to close it. The process was painfully long. Eldon used tell him that life was not supposed to be tampered with. Even saving it was difficult. Still, Ebon had no one else except Ilene. She had to make it.
After about ten minutes, the wounds were cleaned and beginning to close. Ilene began to wake up. She coughed and leaned forward.
“Wha… What happened?”
Ebon gently pushed her back down. “Rest.” He said. “I’ll explain it all later.”
She leaned back and closed her eyes. She remained still for most of the time except for the occasional grimace when the pain spiked.
Ebon smiled as the wound began to close between

“Do you hear that?” “Hear what?” Ebon listened closely. He did not hear anything. “That sound. It’s like…” She looked at him. “Enhance your hearing.” Ebon obeyed. Then he heard it. A hideous sound. Metal slowly scraping on metal. The sound sent shivers down his spine. Suddenly, a sharp, loud, sounded. It hit Ebon’s enhanced eardrums like a sword. He quickly canceled his spell. He fell to his knees as he covered his ears. He had been a fool. The hunter knew he would enhance his hearing. These were no ordinary hunters. “What was that?” Ilene’s voice sounded like a whisper over the ringing that resounded in Ebon’s head. “I don’t know.” Ebon said in what he thought was a normal voice, but Ilene fliched at the sound. He was probably yelling. Great. He thought. Make myself a bigger target. He could not rely on his hearing. He had to use his other senses. Two can play at this game. He turned to Ilene and mouthed, “Cover your ears.” She obeyed and gave a quick look around. Ebon already had a ringing in his head, so he assumed that he would be unharmed by the spell. He stuck two of his fingers into his mouth and spoke a difficult spell. He then blew sharply into his fingers. The result was an earsplitting roar of a …show more content…
He drew his sword and faced the hunter. Even in the moonlight, he could tell by the emblem on the hunter’s cloak that he was a Reaper Wolf. How did the Reaper Wolves find us? Ebon thought. He had killed all of the party that had attacked him. The felt the familiar hurt as the memory stirred. He shook himself. No time for that now. The Reaper Wolf charged forward. His two daggers gleamed in the moonlight. His hood shaded his face. His red cloak flapped behind him as he rushed forward. Ebon raised his sword to block the oncoming daggers. He caught one with his blade and quickly spun to avoid the other. However, he was too slow. The second blade caught him on his side. He felt a horrible stinging sensation as it tore through his flesh. “AAAARRRRGGGGHHHH!” he screamed. He staggered back. The hunter was preparing for another strike. He formed the buckler of light and scolded himself for not doing it before. This time, he caught both of the blades. He leapt backward and slashed his sword upward. The hunter flipped backward to avoid the blow. Ebon prepared himself for another strike, then toppled onto the ground as pain knifed through his side
"Yeah," Victoria mumbled, turning the corner, "But now that the adrenaline has faded away it's starting to hurt." She looked like she was in pain. Her face was consorted in pain, her eyebrows pinched together as she bit her bottom lip as she held her injured arm.
“Etha-” I slap my hands over my mouth. That wasn’t my voice. Was that even me speaking? Maybe I didn’t actually say anything
He ducked as I slid my sword across the air. The magnificent beast I was welding was begging to slice into someone and drink their iron rich blood. The Willowan man is twice the size of me and much stronger, but I am much more fast and nimble. He attacks me, aiming for me left side. I step aside and slash my sword through his last rib. His face turns blank and he falls to his knees. As I walk away I hear his blood gurgle in his mouth. He was wrong to think that he could possibly beat me.
They got close to the elk and Emma said “, I think I hear someone
Yet now she lay awake in a decent amount of discomfort. Her ribs ached, not as bad a yesterday, and
“I don't know, not that I care either.” That was the first time I heard the tone. “What's wrong, did something happen?” You could hear the concern in my voice.
The glistening sun scorching my eyes bring me back to consciousness , i have only a few seconds of silence before i am overcome with an unbearable screech next to me .
“TAYLOR, CAN YOU HEAR ME?” Her breath was ragged and her insides felt like they were burning up along with her skin. Coughing slightly, her eyes fluttered open to first see the outline of Clarke looking down at her concernedly.

“What happened?” the doctor asked. In response, she motioned her hand back and forth. Nodding, the doctor gently examined the wound, careful to not induce additional pain.
He watched with hurt in his eyes, "No, Y/N- I can't fight you, I-I refuse to-" His voice shook awfully. He begged you to stop it, but there was nothing to stop. At this point, you were no longer controlling your body. You lifted the sword and pointed it at him.
“What did you just say?” It asked. I could see the red fumes coming out the elf-like ears of the monster.
“Magnus, are you okay?” They were unfamiliar, but it sounded as if they were panicking. He inclined his head in the direction was coming from and opened his mouth to say something before the world became, once again, dark and silent.
The “Little Boy” directly killed 80,000 civilians in Hiroshima, Japan in August 6, 1945. You must be shocked, surprised and terrified to know that the “Little Boy” killed so many civilians in Hiroshima, Japan. The weight of the “Little Boy” was 4400kilogram. Amazing, the little boy was very big and heavy. This was neither a fairy tale nor an illusion. This was a true story and the deaths were real and were horrifying. They were children, boys, girls, men, women and more than half perished instantly. This was the most horrific and brutal killings in human history and the “Little Boy” did not spare anyone and he killed everyone indiscriminately. The explosion of the Little Boy wiped out 90 percent of the city and tens of thousands more would
Marijuana has been controversial for many years and has become an increasing topic of debate and subject to vote by the public to legalize it for both medicinal and recreational use despite it still being illegal under federal law (“Module 4.5: Substance Use and Abuse”., n.d.). However, research has shown that there are benefits to marijuana usage as seen in those undergoing chemotherapy as it stimulates their appetites, but due to the federal restrictions it’s proved hard for scientists to conduct effective research (“Module 4.5: Substance Use and Abuse”., n.d.). Research into the benefits of marijuana would be a great boon to the field of psychology as it would allow us to better understand the drug’s effect on the mind as well as the body,
