Easy French Onion Soup 3 cups sliced onions 2 tablespoons butter 2 ½ cans beef broth 1 can chicken broth 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce dash salt and pepper 2 thin slices French bread, toasted grated Parmesan cheese In covered large saucepan cook onion in butter over low heat for 30 minutes. Add beef and chicken broth and Worcestershire sauce. Cook until heated through. Place ½ slice toasted bread in each of 4 bowls and pour hot soup over bread. Sprinkle with cheese. Makes 4 servings.
