To what extent has Dynamic Duo, Inc. committed to making their plant a safe and productive work place? It would be a benefit for the organization to hire a work site inspector for assistance in making the company safe. This assessment needs to be by some one that specialize in manufacturing plants.
The violations that were cite in the inspection are scaffolding and ergonomics problems. Five employees became ill in the same day. A employee caught his hand in the conveyor. Policies and procedures need to be reviewed regularly to ensure they are still relevant, circumstances in workplace can change and new risk assessments will need to be put in place or old ones reviewed.
